| Intelligent terminal ceramics is a new type of ceramics in recent years.It generally refers to the precision ceramic structure and appearance ceramic structure used in intelligent terminal products in the field of consumer electronics.It has low signal interference,low thermal conductivity and good mechanical properties.Smart device protection materials,such as smart panels,smartphone backplanes,smart watch rings and other portable smart device protection materials.In order to make full use of smart terminal ceramics,alumina ceramics were used as protective materials in the past.However,alumina ceramics are brittle and prone to integral fracture,so new substitutes need to be found.3 mol%yttria-stabilized zirconia(3YSZ)has high hardness and toughness,which makes it usually used as the matrix material of multiphase ceramic materials,and is widely used in the field of intelligent terminal protection ceramics and non-metallized production.Yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG)has high hardness and light transmittance,and has been fully utilized in the field of lasers as an additive phase to improve zirconia composite ceramic materials.However,even though both materials have a wide range of applications,they still have their own shortcomings in performance:When the surface temperature of 3YSZ ceramics is high,the growth rate of zirconia grains is faster,and under the condition of continuous heating,the ceramic grains will be too large,thus affecting the mechanical properties of zirconia ceramics.YAG has high-temperature creep resistance,and can be completely phased at 1750°C,and during the sintering process,it is easy to generate impurity phases of yttrium aluminate(YAlO3,YAP)and Y4Al2O9(YAM),and the existence of impurity phases will extremely It greatly affects the mechanical properties and optical properties of YAG,and has a serious impact on ceramics.Therefore,the development of ceramics with high hardness,toughness and high light transmittance is of great significance for promoting the application of zirconia multiphase ceramics in smart terminal ceramic materials.In this paper,3 mol%yttria-stabilized zirconia(3YSZ)and yttrium aluminum garnet(YAG)were used as the research objects.Through the compounding of YAG and 3YSZ,a composite material with good mechanical properties and certain light transmittance was obtained at 1650℃.Zirconia composite ceramics.The zirconia multiphase ceramics were prepared by adding YAG to 3YSZ.At a high temperature of 1650℃,the multiphase ceramics prepared with a YAG content of 80%still had good mechanical properties,the optimal hardness was 17.02 GPa,and the optimal toughness was 7.88 MPa·m1/2,and the relative density is high,and the optical properties are higher than the light transmittance of ordinary normal temperature sintered composite ceramics.Through the research in this paper,the mechanical properties and optical properties of YAG composite zirconia ceramics are effectively improved by controlling the calcination temperature,which provides a new research idea for the application of zirconia composite ceramics in smart terminal materials. |
