Water source reservoir is an important source of drinking water,and it is also one of the largest forms of surface water.Among the many types of water pollution,eutrophication is the main type of most water pollution.Excessive nitrogen is a very important indicator of water eutrophication evaluation.In this paper,the research focus on the enhancement of aerobic denitrification bacteria denitrification by inorganic electron donors.This article focuses on the enhancement of aerobic denitrification bacteria denitrification by inorganic electron donors.Through monitoring of on-site water quality,combined with high-throughput technology,the following aspects are mainly studied: 1.denitrification characteristics of raw water by different inorganic electron donors;2.the denitrification characteristics of raw water by inorganic electron donors of different quality and materials;3.the denitrification characteristics of inorganic electron donors with different fillers and inorganic electron donors with additional microbial agent-coated fillers;the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The water quality of the Yuzigou Reservoir before and after the impoundment has a large gap.The pollutants in the long-distance water conveyance channel and the water quality during the water conveyance have changed greatly.The total nitrogen concentration of the Yuzigou Reservoir exceeding permitted levels for most of the year.State,the total phosphorus concentration is greatly affected by rainfall.The annual average total phosphorus water quality index is 0.05 mg/L,and the total phosphorus concentration in most of the year exceeds the surface water quality standard(lakes and reservoirs 0.05 mg/L),the water quality of Yuzigou Reservoir is in a state of eutrophication,and nitrogen pollution is the main cause.(2)The results of biological denitrification enhanced by different inorganic electron donors show that iron carbon materials have the best denitrification effect.When different contents of iron carbon materials are used as inorganic electron donors,the higher the quality of iron carbon materials,the better the biological denitrification effect.Excluding the role of microorganisms,the chemical denitrification experiment is carried out with sterilized raw water.It is found that under the action of iron carbon micro electrolysis,iron carbon materials can convert most of nitrate nitrogen into ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen,at the same time,some nitrogen will be produced,which will reduce the concentration of total nitrogen.(3)Through the preliminary screening and second step re screening of indigenous iron reduction denitrification bacteria in the mud water mixture of Yuzigou reservoir,three groups of more efficient iron reduction denitrification bacteria were selected from the screening results,and the three groups of screened bacteria were used to film the activated carbon particle carrier,adding iron and carbon as inorganic electron donor material on the carrier of external bacterial agent hanging film can strengthen the biological denitrification and achieve the purpose of electron cycle under the action of iron reducing denitrifying bacteria,so that the external electron donor material can maintain the denitrification effect for a long time.When the reactor runs to the end of the first cycle,the abundance of microorganisms in its water body increases,but the diversity decreases,the existence of inorganic electron donors has changed the water environment,resulting in a large number of dominant bacteria that can efficiently carry out iron reduction and denitrification. |
