Aluminum matrix silicon carbide composite is a kind of metal matrix composite.It has the advantages of high strength,high stiffness,high wear resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion.However,PCD milling cutter is very easy to wear in the milling process.In order to reduce the wear of tool flank,this paper adopts the method of optimizing milling parameters and machining micro texture on the flank of milling cutter.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Design the experiment of milling aluminum based silicon carbide,study the influence law of spindle speed,feed rate,back draft and side draft on surface roughness and milling force,establish the regression equation of aluminum based silicon carbide milling force,and predict the milling force.(2)Taking the spindle speed,feed rate,back draft and side draft as variables and the milling force,surface roughness and material removal rate as optimization objectives,a multi-objective optimization model for aluminum based silicon carbide milling is established,which is solved by the third generation non dominated genetic algorithm(NSGA-Ⅲ),and the optimal milling parameters are obtained.(3)The wear reduction principle of bionic micro texture is analyzed,the bionic micro texture with good wear reduction effect is found,and the size and arrangement of micro texture are designed.The effects of laser energy,workbench moving speed and processing trajectory on the quality of micro texture processing are studied,and the optimal laser parameters are determined.(4)The friction and wear experiments of different micro texture PCD samples and aluminum based silicon carbide samples were carried out.The wear reduction effect of bionic micro texture was determined by measuring the friction coefficient,wear amount and wear principle of friction and wear.(5)The milling experiments of aluminum based silicon carbide with different micro texture milling cutters are designed,and the wear of the flank is observed and the cutting force is measured to characterize the wear reduction effect of micro texture.The influence of micro texture on the surface quality of the workpiece is characterized by measuring the surface roughness of the workpiece.
