At present,environmental and energy issues have received more attention.In order to reconcile the conflicts between environmental degradation,energy shortage and economic development,my country has emphasized the development of new energy vehicles in "Made in China 2025",and has promoted the research on lightweight technology.for the national development strategy.As the two most widely used technologies in lightweight technology,high-strength steel hot stamping and laser tailored blanks are of great significance for the further development of lightweight technology.The former reduces the use of metal materials by increasing the strength of the material,and the latter designs the blanks according to the performance requirements of different areas of the formed parts,thereby reducing the weight and production costs of the formed parts.Based on this,this subject takes BR1500 HS high-strength steel as the research object,and carries out research on the hot stamping forming process of BR1500 HS high-strength steel tailor-welded square box-shaped parts with the help of numerical simulation technology.Through the hot tensile test,the flow stress-strain curves of BR1500 HS high-strength steel and BR1500 HS high-strength steel tailor-welded blanks at high temperature were obtained,and the flow stress-strain curves of the two at high temperature were compared and analyzed,and then based on the improved J-C Constitutive model,the constitutive model of BR1500 HS high-strength steel tailored welded blank at high temperature is constructed.Based on the material mechanical properties parameters obtained from the high-temperature uniaxial tensile test of BR1500 HS high-strength steel tailor-welded blanks,a finite element simulation model for hot stamping of BR1500 HS high-strength steel tailor-welded blanks square box-shaped parts was established.The numerical simulation results under six influencing factors,such as ratio,stamping speed,initial temperature,punch radius,and die radius,were analyzed,and different process parameters were obtained for hot stamping of high-strength steel tailor-welded blank square box parts.The influence of forming quality provides a basis for the formulation of process parameters for hot stamping of BR1500 HS high-strength steel tailor-welded blank square box-shaped parts.Orthogonal experiments were designed according to the sample data obtained by finite element numerical simulation,and variance analysis was used to obtain the primary and secondary influence sequence of various factors for different indexes,and the optimal process parameters combination of hot stamping square box parts of BR1500 HS was obtained. |
