Because of the rich physical phenomena of cloth and water in real life,they have always been a hot spot in the field of computer graphics.The interaction between cloth and liquid is also abundant,but the simulation research on the wetting effect of cloth is not abundant at present.In this paper,wettability of woven fabric is studied from two aspects: different fabric tightness and anisotropic diffusion during the interaction between woven fabric and liquid.Firstly,in order to better realize the real-time simulation of the interaction between the woven fabric and the liquid,a unified particle based model was adopted for the bidirectional coupling of the modeling object.Position based Dynamics(PBD)is used to establish different constraints on the particles,and the woven fabric and liquid constraints are established on the distance constraint of the cloth particle and the density constraint of the liquid particle.The two objects are modeled to improve the computational efficiency.On this basis,the simulation of interaction process is completed.Secondly,in view of the permeable characteristics of porous media,the mixing theory is used to calculate the movement process of liquid on the fabric,and the porous model of woven fabric is established based on this theory.The volume fraction is used to represent the process of the fabric from unsaturated to fully saturated.A custom pore proportion factor is introduced,and the absorption and dripping of the pore part to the liquid are calculated during the wetting process,showing the rich performance of different fabric tightness.Again,for the sake of weaving and fluid interaction process of the machine have the authenticity of the simulation,the analysis of features of liquid diffusion behavior in machine weaving,fabric anisotropy,diffusion can be divided into diffusion and spread across the yarn yarn,according to the concentration and diffusion coefficient is calculated,in order to get reliable fluid motion micro performance,effective performance machine weaving wet details.Finally,Unity3 D game engine and advanced coloring language Cg are used to design and implement a visually credible machine-woven wetting simulation system,and all effects are obtained by real-time computational rendering.A number of experiments were designed and implemented,and the experimental results showed that the method presented in this paper can simulate the visually credible wetting process of woven fabric,and it has good real-time performance.
