In recent decades,due to their own uniqueness,such as the specific surface area,high porosity,strong functional,and simple device equipment,nanofiber membranes have gained great application potential in various areas,specially in biological field.At present,researchers have used natural polymer or synthetic polymer spinning,and use the antibacterial activity of polymers to develop a series of antibacterial materials such as packaging,filters,and medical devices.However,with the continuous application of antibacterial materials,various problems have also been revealed,such as expensive,easy to produce resistance.Therefore,researchers’research focused on developing environmentally friendly,high cost-effective,etc..Cationic antibacterial agents are environmentally friendly and high cost antibacterial agents for use in sewage treatment,reaction activity,and antibacterial properties.In this work,select cationic antibacterial substances as antibacterial agents,preparing nanocomposite materials with spinning solution composite welding.It is applied to antibacterial properties testing and application.The specific research content and results are as follows:First,a series of nanocomposite fiber structures were prepared using the chitosan and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide,and a series of nanocomposite fiber structures were prepared using electrospinning techniques.A series of characterizations such as SEM,TEM,IR,Mapping were carried out,confirmed the successful preparation of composite materials.A series of antibacterial tests were performed on the prepared composite materials,which proved that the material had antibacterial properties,and optimal antibacterial materials were selected.Experimental results show that the antibacterial properties of PCL/PEO/CS/CTAB0.4 electrostatic spinning membranes is optimal,and the antibacterial ratio of E.coli reaches 83.7%,and the antibacterial rate of S.aureus is 99.9%.In the bacterial growth curve experiment,it can be clearly seen that the spinning film has inhibited bacterial growth.Next,select 5-chloro-8-hydroxyquinoline and CTAB as an antibacterial agent,and a series of nanocomposites were prepared using electrospinning techniques.A series of characterizations such as SEM,TEM,XRD,IR were carried out,which proved successful incorporation of antibacterial agents.And a series of antibacterial tests were carried out on the preparation materials,and the best composite materials were selected.The results showed that the antimicrobial properties of the PLA/CTAB/5-Cl8Q spinning film were preferably 95.9%for the antibacterial rate of E.coli,and the antibacterial rate of S.aureus was 99.9%.In the bacterial growth curve experiment,it can be clearly seen that the spinning film has inhibited bacterial growth.
