| Anaerobic ammonium oxidation(Anammox)technology has the advantages of low energy consumption and high nitrogen removal efficiency,but the Anammox sludge is prone to starvation in the storage process,which takes a long time to restore its activity and has low reusability.Efficient recovery of Anammox sludge activity and reuse is an urgent problem to be solved.In this study,comet fiber filler and honeycomb polyethylene filler were used to restore the activity of starved Anammox sludge.After reactivation,the starved Anammox sludge was reused in the reactor start-up process,and the self-made"honeycomb polyethylene filler+granular activated carbon"combined filler was used to strengthen the start-up process.The changes of microbial community structure during starved sludge reuse process were analyzed.The main research contents and results are as follows:Comet fiber filler and honeycomb polyethylene filler were used to restore the activity of starved Anammox sludge.Anammox reaction began to occur in no filler group,comet fiber filler group and honeycomb polyethylene filler group on day 15,8and 10,respectively,and the filler increased the activity recovery rate of hungry Anammox sludge.On day 35,the relative abundance of Anammox bacteria in the filler group was 2 to 4 times that in the no filler group,and the filler promoted the growth of Anammox bacteria.The results showed that the filler promoted the activity recovery of starved Anammox sludge.The reactivated Anammox sludge is reused for reactor start-up process,and the self-made combined filler of"honeycomb polyethylene filler+granular activated carbon"is used to strengthen the start-up process.The activated Anammox sludge,activated sludge and anaerobic granular sludge were used as inoculants,and their vaccination rates were 5%,62.5%and 32.5%,respectively.The simultaneous removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen was more than 90%on day 21.The nitrogen removal rate was more than 0.5 kg N m-3d-1 on day 66,and the reactor was successfully started.The results showed that the reactivated Anammox sludge could be used for the efficient start-up of the reactor,and the self-made combined filler of"honeycomb polyethylene filler+granular activated carbon"was beneficial to the construction of Anammox"membrane-granule"system and shorten the start-up time of the reactor.Molecular biological methods were used to analyze the changes of microbial community structure during starved Anammox sludge reuse process.During starved Anammox sludge reuse process,the microbial diversity showed a trend of slight increase at first and then a significant decrease,and the microbial community structure differed significantly in different periods.The relative abundance of Anammox bacteria in the reactor increased from<0.10%to 22.96%on day 160,and the dominant Anammox species was Candidatus Jettenia.The results showed that the reactivated Anammox sludge could be used to enrich Anammox bacteria,and the recycling effect was good. |
