| With the rapid development of economy and industry in recent years,the leakage of organic chemical reagents and offshore oil spill events occur frequently.The leakage of these oil and chemical reagents has a great impact on people’s production and life as well as the ecological environment.In modern society,environmental protection agencies and petrochemical companies still face serious technical challenges in oil and water separation and oil recovery.Excellent oil absorption products have superhydrophobic and superpro-oil oil,but also need high oil absorption and oil storage capacity and the reuse performance of materials,but the current materials have defects in this aspect.In view of the above problems,this thesis uses cotton woven fabric,metal stainless steel mesh and melamine sponge as the substrate,through spraying,impregnation and other methods to modify the material.The superhydrophobic and oil-philic cotton fabric,steel wire mesh and melamine sponge were prepared,which greatly improved the hydrophobic and oil-absorbing properties of the material.1.Polydivinylbenzene with micron and nanometer rough structure was synthesized by solvothermal method.Superhydrophobic and oleophilic cotton fabric was prepared by loading polydivinylbenzene/lauric acid on cotton fabric.The preparation process is efficient and simple,without expensive fluoride and other materials.2.Superhydrophobic wire mesh with contact Angle greater than 150°was successfully prepared by spraying PDVB powder and metal wire mesh.It can be seen from the SEM figure that PDVB powder is tightly wrapped on the surface of the steel wire mesh to form a superhydrophobic coating.After testing and experiment,100 mesh steel wire mesh was selected as raw material and sprayed for 5 times to achieve the best hydrophobic effect of steel wire mesh.The separation efficiency of steel wire filter can reach above96%for most oil products.It was found that the super hydrophobic and super oil-philic steel wire filter still maintained good hydrophobicity in the tests of chemical corrosion and mechanical wear,and its excellent chemical stability was verified.3.PDMS/PDVB/MF sponge was successfully prepared by loading polymer PDVB onto melamine sponge with porous structure by one-step impregnation-curing method.After testing,the contact Angle reaches 150.6°,and the maximum oil absorption reaches16 times of its own weight.After tg test,the modified sponge has good thermal stability at350℃,and the specific surface area of the adsorbent prepared by BET test is 214 m~2/g.PDMS also provide low surface energy by acting as a binder in the preparation of modified sponges.Because of the unique high oil absorption capacity of the modified sponge,the in-situ oil-water separation efficiency becomes higher after the addition of the vacuum pump,and the continuous absorption and collection of oil products,so that the material in the future large oil leakage accident shows a strong practical application performance. |
