Research On Internal Audit Informatization Of Tifa Coal Industry Group Based On Service Function

At present,with the rapid development of information technology,powerful information technology is constantly empowering internal audit,so the function expansion of internal audit and the upgrade of audit technology have become the inevitable requirements of the development of internal audit.The new era endows internal audit with a new mission,and it is increasingly important to improve the service function of internal audit.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the basic content,basic characteristics and influencing factors of internal audit service functions in the information age.Secondly,Tiefa Coal Group,a representative state-owned energy group located in the northeast old industrial base,is selected as a typical research object.Based on the internal control,process reengineering,information management and other related theories,this thesis analyzes the existing problems of the group,such as low efficiency of internal audit,lack of service awareness,original audit methods and the initial stage of information construction.The main reasons are the lack of funds,information platform and institutional support;then,from the three aspects of information system construction principle,implementation method and system composition,the internal audit information system of Tiefa Coal Industry Group based on service function is constructed.On the basis of the principle of overall planning,interconnection and convenient operation,the interactive and collaborative audit method is adopted.In the aspects of system architecture design,hierarchical module design,operation process and implementation plan and service function realization,the internal audit information system of service object expansion,service function diversification and service process standardization is constructed for the group.Finally,this thesis expounds the key security measures such as the internal audit system,the security of audit information system and talent guarantee,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the internal audit information system of Tiefa Coal Industry Group,and promote the exertion of internal audit service function and the application of audit results.
