| To date,China has made remarkable achievements in the aerospace industry and related fields.This cannot be done without the support of advanced technology from various technical departments.Among these departments,the achievements made by the manufacturing industry are particularly important.Whether an aerospace weapon can play its due role highly depend on the development of the manufacturing industry.When each product we manufacture fully meets the standards,we can equip one piece of the country’s weapon.The precision of products in the aerospace field is high,which requires our CNC machine tools to be in the best state when processing such products.The status of CNC machine tools relies on the timeliness and efficiency of CNC machine tool maintenance.Only by making the manufacturing equipment at high precision can products with high precision meet the requirements.Facing the industrial revolution,big data has become the key element because the major industrial countries have been transferring traditional manufacturing into manufacturing services.The response strategy of the United States is the Industrial Internet Revolution.Germany also proposed the industry 4.0 strategy.Our country also proposed the "Made in China 2025" strategic plan.The new round of industrial revolution is inseparable from the support of big data,and the application fields of big data are becoming more and more extensive.We are no stranger to it,but we need to figure out how to apply it to the CNC machine tool maintenance industry.CNC machine tools are an important part of product production and delivery.In order to meet the rapid development of the aerospace industry in the new situation,enterprises need to innovate in the maintenance and repair management of modern CNC machine tools,and apply the concept of big data to the maintenance and management of CNC equipment.This article first conducted a full-scale investigation on the CNC machine tool equipment maintenance and repair related business of KT Company.We found that there is no unified platform for management in the CNC equipment maintenance and repair management business.Many equipment maintenance and repair materials are still managed by paper documents.Therefore,a company-wide management platform is necessary.This article has carried out comprehensive investigations on equipment maintenance and repair management at home and abroad,and determined the relevant theoretical basis.Aiming at the software of the system,the main development technology route based on B/S architecture and database management using MYSQL is proposed.Through the system demand analysis,the system function design was completed,including machine tool information management,machine tool maintenance plan management,machine tool secondary maintenance management,machine tool third-level maintenance management,machine tool maintenance management,machine tool maintenance acceptance management,and machine tool maintenance log management.、Evaluation of machine tool availability data A total of 8 different functional modules.The human-computer interaction interface of the system is friendly,easy to operate and easy to use.After more comprehensive testing,the quality of software development is ensured.The development of this system can meet the needs of KT Corporation in the maintenance and repair management of CNC equipment.We would help the company to improve the efficiency of CNC equipment maintenance,repair and maintenance,saving time and economic costs.From the company’s feedback on the use of the system,our system can meet the company’s requirements and make a certain contribution to the company’s digital and scientific equipment maintenance and repair management. |
