In various industries,talent is the primary productive force,and an excellent team is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of an enterprise.The competition in various industries is fierce.In addition to technology and capital investment,the competition for talents affects the development of enterprises to a large extent.Performance management is an important tool to protect and stabilize talents,and an important way for enterprises to achieve their strategic goals.,is a tool to promote enterprise development.Targeting BC company,.analyzes the performance management system of BC company through questionnaires,interviews and other tools,combines the current research results in domestic and abroad with the current situation of the group,summarizes the existing performance management system based on the goal management theory,the goal consistency theory and the incentive theory,and analyzes the shortcomings and unfavorable factors in the performance management system of BC company,which affect and restrict the realization of the company’s strategy.By analyzing the performance management of BC company,proposes optimization ideas,and optimizes the implementation in five aspects:the rationality of performance indicators,the recognition and professionalism of performance management,the participation of all employees,openness and transparency,and motivation.The formulation of the optimization plan is based on the principles of fairness,full participation,transparency and consistency of objectives,and is implemented from multiple dimension.The optimization of BC company is mainly reflected in the optimization of indicators.From a single indicator design,it is enriched into three levels of indicator design,the company,department and post level indicator design,so that the indicators are more specific and measurable.Through optimization,the performance implementation process is improved,performance results are submitted from one direction,and the links of performance coaching and effective communication are optimized,reflecting the concept of mutual growth of both sides.At the same time,the application of the results of performance appraisal is more practical and visible,which is reflected in the adjustment of employees’ remuneration,the promotion and adjustment of employees’ positions,the system of employees’ personal development plans,the promotion of the talent inventory quadrant,and the disclosure of appraisal results,all of which reflect the actual application of performance results and encourage employees to grow.Through the establishment of the performance management team,the performance management level from mangers has been strengthened,the concept of"performance is only HR department responsibility" has been changed,with all involvement from business departments,which improved the cognition of all employees on performance management,effectively promoting the enthusiasm of employees.The establishment of the supervision and reconsideration system makes the assessment results and processes more transparent,the assessment results more rigorous.Through the above optimization scheme,the motivation of employees of BC company is effectively improved,and the realization of strategic objectives of the enterprise is promoted,so as to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise and achieve sustainable development.
