Sales is not only an important force for enterprise development and operation,but also an important medium for enterprises to smoothly enter the circulation link and realize profit return.Therefore,scientific and reasonable evaluation of an enterprise’s salesperson is the key to the modern enterprise human resource management.Generally speaking,performance appraisal management is an important part of human resource management,especially as an incentive means in modern enterprise management system.However,considering the objective reality that the development of China’s socialist market economy is not yet fully mature,the cognitive level of performance appraisal is relatively low.A considerable number of enterprises still only stay in the investigation of the daily work links of internal sales personnel.The examination content is relatively single and the scope is relatively narrow.The existence of performance management plays a very important role in improving the overall level and efficiency of enterprise management employees.Organizational performance has been regarded as an important factor to improve the level of human resource management,and it is also an important reference standard to test the personal strength of organizers and managers.Therefore,according to the actual situation of CS company,this paper,based on BSC and connected with KPI,constructs a set of scientific,efficient and operable performance management system,which can not only fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of employees,but also contribute to the smooth achievement of the company’s business strategy and relevant business objectives.This paper takes the sales personnel of CS company as the research object,using the literature analysis’ methods,case study,practical research and other methods,and the relevant contents of the basic performance theory,combines the research theory with case analysis,and carries out a series of research on the performance appraisal system of the company’s marketing sales personnel.The whole study is divided into four parts:the first part expounds the background and significance of this study and the research status at home and abroad;The second part defines the related concepts and the theoretical basis of the whole research,mainly involving the connotation and theoretical basis of performance appraisal and other performance related theories;The third part analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal system of sales staff in CS company,mainly involving the company overview,the current situation of performance appraisal system,the existing problems of performance appraisal and the analysis of the causes of the problems;The fourth part puts forward the optimization scheme of the sales staff performance appraisal system of CS company,which mainly involves the basic ideas,main contents and specific operation suggestions on the optimization of the performance appraisal system.
