Oil is an important modern energy source and the cornerstone of national security.Oilfield water injection is an important measure to maintain formation pressure and improve the recovery rate of oil and gas reservoirs.As oilfield extraction enters a later stage,stratified water injection technology must be used.To achieve accurate stratified water injection,the ground needs to be able to precisely control and adjust the opening of water distributors in different formations,and therefore,instructions must be transmitted to them in a timely manner.In the currently feasible means of surface-underground communication technology,optical fiber,cable and other wired transmission methods,there are problems of high cost and construction difficulties,a low-cost communication method based on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology is proposed by the author of this article,which has very positive practical significance.The research content and milestones of this paper are as follows:1st.In response to the problem that dropping electronic tags may affect the normal water injection operation,an automatic/semi-automatic RFID tag surface dropping system is designed.By using the water flow injected into the bottom of the well from the surface,the electronic tags stored with the information of water distributor opening and closing are carried to the target section of the well by manipulating the valve opening and closing.2nd.For in the water medium in the downhole closed wellbore,it is difficult to read the information of the electronic label accurately,studied the electromagnetic wave signal propagation characteristics in the water injection wellbore,through the reasonable setting system working frequency,optimize the downhole reader and the antenna design of the electronic label and other technical measures,in order to enhance the signal transmission strength,reduce the attenuation amplitude of the signal transmission process,so as to improve the electronic label information reading accuracy rate.3rd.For the electronic label in the well bore in the disorderly flow,cause it with the well reader distance,stay time short problem,designed the electronic label catcher,thus can successfully"catch"the ground put electronic label,reduce the electronic label swimming speed,shorten its contact distance with the well reader.4th.In accordance with the requirements of the downhole environment,the circuit module and supporting software of the downhole electronic tag reader are designed,and a small-size water-resistant and pressure-resistant package of electronic tags is manufactured;the ground electronic tag data writing software is prepared,and a set of principle prototype is made.The test shows that under the high temperature environment of boiling water at 100 Celsius,the downhole reader can correctly read the command information carried by the electronic tag.These research results provide an easy-to-operate and low-cost solution to realize the surface-well command transmission of intelligent water injection system,which has high engineering application value.
