| Drilling materials used in petroleum drilling engineering are diverse,expensive,and in large quantities.The supply of drilling materials is mainly based on the drilling tool combination and quantity determined by the drilling design.This is crucial to control the shortage and backlog of drilling materials and reduce drilling costs.To improve the rationality and accuracy of drilling tool combination design and make full use of the vast amount of data on drilling tool combinations and the experience of drilling design experts,a crowdsourcing-based drilling material association rule mining algorithm is proposed to provide auxiliary support for drilling design and drilling material supply.The main work of this paper includes:Firstly,in view of the complexity and professionalism of drilling tool combination design,when mining the association relationship between drilling tools in the vast amount of drilling tool combination data from previous drilling construction,the crowdsourcing theory and method are used to integrate with the traditional Apriori algorithm for association rule mining.The crowdsourcing-based drilling material association rule mining algorithm is proposed.The processing methods for incomplete crowdsourcing data and frequent itemsets based on crowdsourcing are analyzed and discussed.Then,combined with the crowdsourcing process model and association rule mining process model,the system architecture and related modules of the crowdsourcing-based drilling material association rule mining system are designed,and the processing process and flow of related association rule mining are analyzed and discussed.Finally,a prototype system is implemented using the Java programming language.Corresponding databases are designed based on the My SQL database management system. |
