Traditional oil and gas pipe material transfer system relies on manual operation,which has problems such as low reliability,poor real-time,and cannot be monitored remotely.At present,oil and gas pipe manufacturers mostly use PLC to control automatic loading and unloading devices,but this method has a single function and low production efficiency.In order to improve the accuracy,reliability and production efficiency of material transfer system,this paper combines embedded technology and servo motor control strategy to design and develop an ARM-based intelligent loading and unloading control system.First,a fuzzy PI-based speed optimization control strategy is proposed for the problem of slow response and poor robustness of the loading and unloading servo system speed control.The fuzzy PI control is applied to the velocity closed-loop structure to realize the adaptive adjustment of parameters.Simulation shows that the fuzzy PI control has faster response and better robustness than the traditional PI control.Second,to address the problem of poor motor position immunity,a position optimization control strategy based on fuzzy self immunity is designed,and a fuzzy controller is added to the self immunity position loop,and the NLSEF parameters can be adjusted in real time when the system is running.The simulation results show that the optimized control strategy can reduce the overshoot amount and has a strong anti-disturbance capability.Then,the software and hardware of the intelligent loading and unloading control system are designed.ARM Exynos 4412 is used as the main controller,motor driver board PD6010 B drives the PMSM,temperature sensor PT100 collects motor housing temperature,three-phase network power meter SPT660 collects motor current parameters,camera ZC301 gets material image information,and GSM module SIM800 L sends SMS alarms when the motor GSM module SIM800 L sends SMS alarm when the motor is running abnormally.SQLite3 database is set up for data storage,and a Web server is set up on the PC host side for remote query of the real-time operation of the system.The speed and position of the PMSM are controlled by the host computer to achieve more accurate,efficient and stable motion control.Finally,system interconnection test.The Linux system is built on the host side to realize the functions of temperature and current data acquisition and processing,transmission,storage and display;the Web server built on the host side can remotely check the system operation information;the PMSM speed control is realized through the fuzzy PI control strategy,and the system rise time is within 500 ms and peak time is within 550 ms,and the response speed meets the requirements;the PMSM position control is realized through the fuzzy self-anti-disturbance The PMSM position control is realized by fuzzy self-anti-disturbance control strategy,and the overshoot error of the system is controlled within 10%,with strong anti-disturbance ability.The ARM-based intelligent loading and unloading control system realizes the functions of data acquisition and storage,human-machine interaction display,servo system control,video image monitoring,remote web access,detection and alarm,etc.This system has strong engineering application value and is applicable to the intelligent transmission control of oil pipes.After expansion,it can be applied to other industrial fields,military enterprises and other production processes to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
