The Cases Study On The Interaction Mechanism Between Dynamic Evolution Of Enterprise Resources And Entrepreneurial Opportunities In The Process Of International Entrepreneurship

The world has increasingly become a "community" of coordinated development,while the emergence of anti-globalization and trade protectionism has added more variables to the complex international market situation.With the development of a new round of information technology,the cost of interaction between enterprises and stakeholders in the international market has been sharply reduced or even zero,which makes it easier for enterprises to enter the international market.How these international entrepreneurial enterprises interact with the complex and changeable international market environment has become a key problem that needs to be solved urgently,but the existing research focuses on the fact that enterprises with international entrepreneurial ability can overcome various obstacles and difficulties in the international market environment.the process of enterprises using international entrepreneurial opportunities to enter new geographical markets,as well as various factors that affect international market performance.For international entrepreneurial enterprises,the key resources are the essence of supporting enterprises to use international entrepreneurial opportunities to expand the international market and further deepen their development.Therefore,this paper grasps the relationship between the key resource elements in the dynamic change of resources and the path of resource evolution by exploring the mechanism between the dynamic evolution of enterprise resources and entrepreneurial opportunities in the process of international entrepreneurship,and analyze the nature and application process of international entrepreneurial opportunities,so as to provide theoretical guidance for enterprises that are about to or are in the process of international entrepreneurship.This study uses the method of longitudinal comparative double case study to analyze the international entrepreneurial process of TTF and Jin Peng.Based on the based resource theory and dynamic capability theory,this paper analyzes the dynamic change process of international entrepreneurial capabilities of enterprises in the process of international entrepreneurship from the perspective of process view,and analyze the dynamic changes of the system formed by the evolution of international entrepreneurial capabilities and resources in the process of interaction with the international market environment,so as to build a dynamic evolution model of international entrepreneurial enterprise resources.At the same time,combined with the entrepreneurial cognitive theory,this paper analyzes the emergence of potential opportunities in the process of dynamic evolution of resources,the process of forming an opportunity set after analysis,integration and reshaping in the enterprise,based on the opportunity set to realize the transformation mechanism between discovery opportunities and creative opportunities,and clarify the process of enterprises to use/implement discovery opportunities/creative opportunities.Thus,it explains the transformation process of the two attributes of international opportunities and entrepreneurial opportunities in the process of the development of international entrepreneurial enterprises.Based on the above two parts of research,this paper constructs a model of the mechanism between the dynamic evolution of enterprise resources and international entrepreneurial opportunities in international entrepreneurship through dialogue with the existing literature.
