Rare-earth fluorescent complexes probe have special spectroscopic properties,including narrow emission band,a large Stokes’ shift,and a long fluorescent lifetime.Comparing to nanoprobes,the preparation of complex fluorescent probes is simple and fast.Sulfasalazine(SSZ)is a kind of synthetic pharmaceutical compound,which is primarily used for treating ulcerative colitis,rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn’s diseases.Creatine phosphate sodium(CPS)is the only energy supplement and cytoprotective agent that can enter the interior of cells.At present,CPS is mainly used for the protection of cardiomyocytes in the treatment of myocardial infarction,cardiopulmonary bypass,myocarditis and other diseases in clinical.In clinical medical diagnosis,the quantitative determination of drug molecules in biological fluids can provide important information for studying the tolerated dose of the human body,the absorption and metabolism of drugs by the human body.Therefore,the establishments of sensitive,accurate,convenient and rapid determination analytical methods for SSZ and CPS have great significance.The Tb-DPA complex was synthesized by the coordination of terbium ion with 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid(DPA)in the presence of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS),which emits characteristic fluorescence peak of Tb3+.When SSZ was added into the solution of the complex,the fluorescence quenching of the probe was observed.Based on this,a fluorescence analysis method for determining SSZ was established.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of the method is 8.00×10-8-1.00×10-6mol/L and 1.00×10-61.00×10-4mol/L,with the detection limit of 6.0×10-8 mol/L.This presented method was successfully applied for the determination of SSZ in pharmaceutical preparations,urine and human serum samples with the recoveries between 98 to 106%.The mechanism of fluorescence quenching was studied at the same time,and it was induced that the process was stable quenching and SSZ-Tb-DPA ternary complex was produced.The Tb-SRFX complex was synthesized by the coordination of terbium ion with Sarafloxacin(SRFX)in the presence of sodium lauryl sulfate(SDS).The energy transfer of SRFX to Tb3+exists in the complex,and the characteristic fluorescence of Tb3+is emitted.When PCS was added into the solution of the Tb-SRFX complex probe,the fluorescence of the probe was quenched,and the quenching extend is linearly related to the concentration of CPS.Under the optimum conditions,a good linearity between the fluorescence intensity of the probe and the concentration of CPS in the range of 4.00×10-7-1.00×10-5mol/L was obtained.The detection limit was 2.0×10-7mol/L.The method has been applied to the determination of PCS in injection samples with recoveries between 101 to 104%.The results of the experiment showed that the method was accurate and reliable.
