| Drilling and blasting is widely used in metal mining.Due to the high risk of explosives,indoor use is strictly restricted,which severely restricts the development of indoor fine blasting experimental research.However,plasma blasting is an effective,controllable,green and safe blasting method.Based on this,the electric exploding wires technology acts on the rock to break,and discharges and destroys the surface of rock and the interior,which causes the rock to break and is expected to replace the traditional dynamite,machinery and other methods to break the rock in the future.There are many studies about the phenomenon of electric exploding wires technology in domestic and foreign scholars.However,there is still a lack of systematic and in-depth research on the discharge characteristics of wires in solid media and different shapes of wire in air.This article studies the factors that affect the electric explosion process of metal wires,such as the diameter,length,and energy of energy storage capacitors.The electric explosion characteristics of metal wires under different conditions were obtained.The main work of this paper includes the following sections:(1)The concept of wire electric explosion and the four stages in the whole process are expounded,and some changes in physical quantities are analyzed.At the same time,two important theoretical models of wire electric explosion discharge channel characteristics are introduced.The composition and working principle of the electric explosion system used in this paper are introduced in detail,and the stability of the system is verified.(2)Designed a linear wire and conducted a series of electric explosion experiments,including electric explosion experiments with different diameters,different materials,different lengths,different connection methods in the air,and different charging voltages and different diameter conditions of the wires experiment of electric blasting of cement mortar samples.By analyzing and comparing the current,voltage,corresponding rising rate,and calculated resistance heat,the electric explosion characteristics and rock breaking law of the metal straight wire under different conditions are obtained.(3)A wire-shaped wire was designed and a series of electric explosion experiments were carried out.The electric explosion experiments were carried out on metal wire with different diameters,different lengths and different layers in the air.Then under different energy storage conditions,electric blasting experiments were performed on cement mortar specimens with metal coil wires.By analyzing the current changes,the injected energy values,the crack propagation and the fragmentation degree during the rock breaking process,the electric explosion characteristics and rock breaking rules of the metal coil wire under different conditions are obtained.Verify the feasibility of wire electric explosion technology in indoor blasting experiment,and provided a new experimental method for blasting research.To provide theoretical and experimental basis for the application of electric explosion in rock fragmentation in mines. |
