The safe transportation of pipelines is the lifeblood of the national economy and plays an important role in the development of the national economy.However,once the pipeline leaks,it will cause huge economic losses,also threaten people’s life.Defect detection of the pipeline is of great significance.A lot of devices used in pipeline detection have high cost and low detection sensitivity.It is meaningful to design a detection device with low cost and high detection sensitivity.The main work of this article is as follows:Firstly,thoroughly study the theory of electromagnetic pulse eddy current detection,fully consider the impact of different parameter changes on the defect detection signal,conduct in-depth analysis of the electromagnetic pulse eddy current detection theory,and use this as the theoretical basis for the design of the electromagnetic pulse eddy current array defect detection device.Secondly,the electromagnetic pulse eddy current array detection technology is analyzed by finite element modeling.By changing key parameters in the model,including the frequency parameters of the excitation signal,the lift-off value of the coil unit and the test piece in the model,the coil unit parameters,and the coil distance,defect depth,compare the voltage of the coil to be tested,the eddy current intensity and the magnetic induction intensity of the test piece are compared to determine the optimal parameters of the model,and this result is used as the hardware design basis for the electromagnetic pulse eddy current array detection device.Thirdly,design the hardware circuit and corresponding software programming of the signal generating unit,power amplification unit and signal acquisition unit of the electromagnetic pulse eddy current array detection device,and use the detection device to measure the defects.Through a series of experiments and data analysis to optimize the relevant parameters in the detection device,including the frequency and voltage of the excitation signal,the rise and fall time.In addition,the static test and dynamic test of the array coil unit are performed to verify the performance of the array coil unit,and to ensure that the detection device for flaw detection can reach an excellent application level.Fourthly,researched the defect recognition algorithm of electromagnetic pulse eddy current array,and proposed an AdaBoost defect size identification algorithm.According to the shortcomings of the algorithm combined with the advantages of SVM,proposed a defect size recognition algorithm based on AdaBoost-SVM,and the training set was used to train separately.Finally,the test set samples were used to verify the two models and the experimental results were analyzed.
