Industrial enterprises use large amounts of water,have many types and high toxicity,and their wastewater discharge has a large impact on the operation of municipal wastewater treatment plants.This paper focuses on the assessment project of industrial enterprises connected to the municipal pipeline network in Y city,examines and analyses the water quantity and quality characteristics of 12 types of industries(a total of 150 industrial enterprises)with an annual water consumption above 10,000 tonnes and serious pollution in Y city,and analyses the impact on the urban wastewater treatment plant after connecting to industrial enterprises’ wastewater through aerobic absorption rate(OUR)tests,combined with the topography of industrial enterprises,pipeline network layout and characteristics of enterprise distribution,etc.The influence of the influences of the influent concentration of industrial enterprises’ wastewater on the sludge activity of urban wastewater treatment plants,and the biochemical properties of industrial enterprises’ wastewater quality through the proportion of non-biodegradable COD content in the wastewater of industrial enterprises in different industries,the conclusions obtained from this paper are as follows:Through a detailed investigation of the water consumption of industrial enterprises,the concentration of wastewater discharge,the total regional water consumption,and the flow and concentration of sewage plant influent in the service area of three sewage plants in Yangzhou City,it was found that:the concentration of pollutants in the rainwater inspection wells of some industrial enterprises was too high,and there was the phenomenon of mixing rainwater and sewage;the proportion of industrial water consumption in the influent of three sewage treatment plants in Y City,A,B and C,was 12.52%,31.31%,respectively.39.14%.When the effect of the COD concentration of industrial wastewater influent is deducted,the influent COD concentration of sewage treatment plant A decreases by about 11%and the ammonia nitrogen concentration increases by about 7%.the influent COD concentration of sewage treatment plant B increases by 9.5%and the ammonia nitrogen concentration increases by about 38%,and the influent COD concentration of sewage treatment plant C increases by 36%and the ammonia nitrogen concentration increases by about 60%.As the proportion of industrial enterprise wastewater received by the C wastewater treatment plant was 39.14%,the influences of industrial wastewater influent COD concentration were removed,so the influent concentration rose higher,thus indicating that industrial enterprise wastewater would dilute the municipal wastewater concentration and would reduce the influent pollutant concentration of the wastewater plant by about 10%-44%.The activated sludge inhibition test was carried out on wastewater from industrial enterprises with an annual water consumption of more than 10,000 tonnes in Y.The results show that:among 12 types(150 in total)of industrial enterprises,there are two industrial enterprises where the sludge activity is significantly inhibited under the normal dilution ratio of 1:20,and the sludge activity cannot be recovered;the wastewater from the remaining industrial enterprises does not have a large impact on the sludge activity,and even if there is a slight inhibition,two hours It is speculated that the sludge has an adaptation process to the water sample that has been added,which is normal.Analysis of the total COD and non-degradable COD content of wastewater from industrial enterprises in Y with an annual water consumption of 10,000 tonnes or more shows that,except for the food industry where the effluent concentration of wastewater from the treatment facilities is high,the COD content of wastewater from other industrial enterprises basically meets the discharge standards.The number of industrial enterprises with non-degradable COD content above 90%is 3.85%,the number of industrial enterprises with non-degradable COD content between 60%and 90%is 14.1%,the number of industrial enterprises with non-degradable COD content between 10%and 50%is 43.59%,and the number of industrial enterprises with non-degradable COD content between 1%and 10%is 24.36%.The number of industrial enterprises with non-degradable COD content between 1%and 10%accounted for 24.36%,and the number of industrial enterprises with non-degradable COD content below 1%accounted for 14.1%.The non-degradable COD content in the wastewater of most industrial enterprises was 10%or below,indicating that most of the wastewater of industrial enterprises in city Y had good biochemical properties and could be discharged into the municipal wastewater treatment plant;the number of non-degradable COD content between 10%and 50%accounted for about half of the total.When this type of wastewater enters the municipal wastewater treatment plant,it may lead to substandard effluent quality,so the industrial enterprise wastewater with high non-biodegradable COD content needs to be treated by centralized physical treatment to reduce the proportion of non-biodegradable organic matter.
