Coupling problems are a common industrial problem.Different systems encounter different coupling problems.If the coupling problem is too serious,it will affect the precise control of the system,resulting in unstable system control.Coupling problems are not only found in square systems,but also in non-square systems.The positive pressure oven temperature control system is a typical non-square system with one input variable less than the output variable.Solving the coupling problem of the system is of great significance for realizing the automatic control of the heating of the positive pressure oven.Based on the background of the positive pressure oven project,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the temperature coupling problem in the oven system,and proposes a new coke oven oven control method.This thesis first studies the structure and process of the coke oven,and adopts a mechanism modeling method to establish a mathematical model of the carbonization chamber and the combustion chamber,and obtains a mathematical model between the oven temperature and the gas flow.The coupling problems in the oven are analyzed,and the coupling model of the positive pressure oven control system is established.Then,the internal model control is researched deeply,and a decoupling internal model control method based on improved Butterworth filter is analyzed in detail.The decoupling internal model control method is firstly simulated on a square system.It is proved that the method improves the decoupling effect,response speed,robustness and anti-interference ability of the traditional decoupling internal model control method.the design method is extended to a non-square system,and the temperature coupling model of the positive pressure oven is simulated.The simulation results show that the method has better decoupling effect on the temperature coupling model of the positive pressure oven.Finally,a positive pressure oven control method based on decoupled internal mold control is proposed,and a set of positive pressure oven temperature control system is designed to solve the problem of temperature coupling in the positive pressure oven.The research results were tested at the Shougang Jingtang oven site,and the control system was operating normally,meeting all project requirements and obtaining good control results.
