The iron and steel industry is the national economy important basic industry and also capital,technology,and resource intensive industry.It is an important part of adjusting and optimizing industrial structure and promoting industry transformation and upgrading.As a State-owned major enterprise,HBIS Group Han Steel responds the states appeal positively,with the concept of "people,steel and environment harmonious intergrowth",establishes logistics operating system of green transportation,green handling,green warehousing,green packing and reinforcing,etc.,and builds green logistics,wisdom logistics and lean logistics.Playing social responsibility with its actual actions,HBIS Group Han Steel aims to accelerate the construction of city friendly model steel enterprise.Staff satisfaction is a measure index of staff satisfaction degree on their present works,which directly affects their enthusiasm and creativity at work.In recent years,with the increasing competition of steel industry,there is a growing mobility of talented professionals.In order to attract and retain talents and fully play their talent and wisdom,steel enterprise increasingly recognizes that only through improving the staff satisfaction degree and enhancing their sense of belonging,the enterprise can achieve the goal of retaining and motivating talented people.The object of research in this paper is HBIS Group Han Steel.Guiding by satisfaction theories of job characteristics,hierarchy of needs,dual factors,equity,expectancy and so on,through research method of documentation,survey research and comparative study,the paper analyzes the reasons why satisfaction degree of logistics professional technical staff is not high,according to the personnel structure and characteristic of HBIS Group Han Steel logistics professional technical staff The research of satisfaction degree of HBIS Group Han Steel logistics professional technical staff will be taken from the direction and orientation of enterprise development,the encouragement effect of salary treatment,the promotion access of career development,the cross supervision and administration of their superiors,the communication and coordination with colleagues,etc.,and the focus is on the project design of improving satisfaction degree from five aspects,including salary incentive optimization,working environment improvement,career grade promotion,talent cultivation system and harmonious relation construction.This paper strengthens implementation guarantee for satisfaction degree improving project.In aspect of stressing salary incentive guidance:implement growth integral salary system and create a single salary awards for benefit making;In aspect of improving workplace standards:strengthen cleaner production in enterprise,and strengthen the construction of benchmark post;In aspect of keeping career access open:design career guide for logistics professional,put logistics professional career into practices and assessments,and determine the direction of logistics professional career development;In aspect of improving education and training system:upgrade technical skills,provide the platform for continuing education;In aspect of strengthening enterprise culture construction:strengthen dedication education to the enterprise,intensify humanistic care,foster team building and provide the platform for realizing the value of life.Through implementing above project,the initiative and creative of logistics professional technical staff can be further aroused,which provides powerful guarantee for promoting transformation and upgrading and high quality development of the enterprise.
