Research On Quality Management Of Dongfeng Visteon Company Automobile Interior Product Development Project

With the rapid development of automotive interior parts industry and the increasingly fierce market competition,automotive interior parts products are updated faster and faster.Product performance requirements are more and more strict.Customer requirements are also constantly improving.The role of project quality management in the development process of automotive interior parts is becoming increasingly prominent.After more than ten years of development,the main target market of Dongfeng Visteon Automotive Trim System Co.,Ltd.is still very limited.There is still a certain gap between Dongfeng Visteon Automotive Interior System Co.,Ltd.and the stable supplier of medium and high-end automobiles.It is expected to establish a systematic,comprehensive and practical new product development project quality management system for Dongfeng Visteon automotive interior development project through the practical research of project quality management tools and methods.This paper takes Dongfeng Visteon Corporation 591 car interior new product development project as the research object.Dongfeng Visteon Automotive Interior System Co.,Ltd.adopts project-based approach to promote the development of new automotive interior products.During the new product development,repeated changes in the design phase and insufficient process quality stability may lead to the project quality management facing greater challenges.The research of this paper is based on a large number of literature in the early stage,using the project quality management theory such as quality planning,quality assurance and quality control to deeply analyze the current situation of quality management of automotive interior product development project of Dongfeng Visteon Company,optimize the key links of project quality management process.This paper proposes quality plan based on quality function deployment(QFD)and quality management scheme planning based on advanced product quality planning(APQP).Quality assurance is carried out through the combination of internal review and external quality system audit.Develop quality control plan based on process failure mode and effects analysis(PFMEA).Process capability index is applied to evaluate the effect of quality control.Through the practical application in the 591 interior development project of Dongfeng Visteon Company,which is the development project of spare tire cover plate,storage plate and sun visor assembly of automobile luggage compartment,the effectiveness of the project quality management process optimization model proposed in this paper is verified.
