With the development of society,the energy resources have become the great power to sustain social development.As carriers of oil and gas,submarine pipelines have become an important part of social development.However,with the increase of service life,pipelines have experienced different degrees of aging and damage,which has greatly increased the risk of oil and gas leakage,and in severe cases will cause pollution to a large area of the ecological environment.Pipeline internal detector designed for solving the above questions.The purpose of the pipeline detector is to realize the conditions in the pipeline in time and determine the degree and location of defects through data analysis,so as to prevent oil and gas leakage accidents in advance.Its appearance guarantees the reliability of the pipeline.For the internal detector to accurately measure defects in the pipeline,the most important point is to ensure the stability of the power supply.Since the particularity of the working environment of the pipeline detector,the external power supply can not provide power for the external power supply,therefore,the inner detector needs to bring its own power supply system to provide energy.The power supply system is composed of two parts:the battery carried by the inner detector and DC self-generating system.In view of the shortcomings of the existing equipment,such as poor reliability,voltage instability and so on.In this thesis,a new type of power generation device is designed,including internal detector mileage wheel power generation and support wheel power generation.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First,the overall mechanical structure is designed to achieve the precision and quality of the production,and to produce equipment that can supply electrical energy to the detector.Design materials,drive structures,mechanical fits and overalls,starting with each node that needs to be considered.Secondly,two types of power generation devices are proposed:the mileage wheel and the support wheel,which are respectively designed with different power generation adaptation devices,And design voltage stabilization circuits for two different power generation structures.While the electric energy is generated,the electric energy is optimized,and the charging system adapted to the self-generating device is designed for the battery pack.Thirdly,an optimized control algorithm for a DC power generation device is designed,and the optimized control algorithm is used to combine the circuits between different power generation devices to make the output voltage most stable.When the detector is running in a submarine pipe,the speed is in an unstable state.As the flow rate changes,the detector’s travel speed also changes,which affects the quality of power generation and reduces voltage changes as much as possible.Based on the actual situation,a complete set of DC power generation device that can be flexibly disassembled and installed as a separate section of the internal detector in this thesis.From the perspective of application,the design of internal electrical energy processing to external mechanical structure is completed.
