| The pipe handing operation is one of the most important links in the drilling process,but most well site equipment in China can only achieve semi-automatic pipe handing.The land standing emission system currently in use can discharge standing riges,but the level of automation urgently needs to be improved.Therefore,this article independently designs a fully automated land drilling rig pipe handing system based on the actual working conditions of land well pads in China,which is of great significance for the research of petroleum automation equipment.This article first determines the overall structure of the standing emission system.By analyzing the structures of three common vertical pipe handing systems,summarize their advantages,disadvantages,and applicable working environments.Based on this,combined with the characteristics of the domestic land drilling rig pipe handing system and the actual working conditions of the well site,a suitable overall system plan is determined.Finally,feasibility analysis and research are conducted on the design plan to ensure its rationality.Secondly,design and analyze the mechanical structure of the vertical pipe handing system of land drilling rigs.Determine the main parameters,workflow,and mechanical structure of the land drilling rig’s vertical pipe handing system based on its working requirements.At the same time,the entire vertical pipe handing system is divided into six functional modules: sliding,rotating,telescopic,clamping,drilling floor manipulator,and auxiliary,and they are designed and studied separately;Use Solid Works software to conduct 3D modeling of the entire system,conduct detailed design calculations for important components such as sliding mechanisms,rotating mechanisms,telescopic mechanisms,and clamping mechanisms,and select and calculate elevators and iron drills;Use ANSYS Workbench software to analyze and verify the strength of key components such as the monkey board manipulator and monkey board in the system;Use the Motion plugin to simulate and analyze the actions of the two-layer platform manipulator in the system,and verify the stability of the system through the simulation results.Finally,based on the functional characteristics of the vertical pipe handing system of the land drilling rig,a matching hydraulic and electrical control system was designed.Design the hydraulic control system as a whole,draw a schematic diagram of the hydraulic system,and then select the frequency converter and sensors to ensure the rationality of their design;The electronic control system adopts Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC as the main controller,and draws the system main circuit diagram,PLC power supply diagram,and electrical schematic diagram based on the overall control system plan;The control program of the system was written using STEP 7-Micro WIN SMART software,achieving remote control of the land drilling rig’s vertical pipe handing system.The land-based vertical drilling system designed in this article is compatible with the ZJ70 D drilling rig and can achieve automated vertical drilling,providing a reference for the development of automated land drilling and supporting equipment in China. |
