In the computer network technology and digital image processing technology increasingly perfect today,a new demand publishing way is born,it will inject a new vitality for the printing industry,and develop it as a "green" driving force;It is an important development trend of constructing green digital control printing system in domestic high-end printing equipment manufacturing industry.Compared with conventional printing,droplet injection molding has the advantages of non-contact,intelligence and short printing cycle.It is a new customizable printing technology.Although digital printing has many advantages,its disadvantages are also obvious.Compared with traditional printing,the biggest disadvantage of digital inkjet printing is the printing efficiency.The speed of traditional printing is still much higher than that of digital printing.Therefore,we puts forward the high-speed inkjet printing based on curved surface.In the high-speed printing of curved surface,we have to face many problems,such as the setting of inkjet parameters,the choice of nozzle and printing platform,the ink droplet state of inkjet equipment and so on.First of all,in view of the setting of parameters related to the inkjet process,we analyzes the principle of inkjet technology,carries out finite element analysis on the core component of inkjet head,and obtains the main factors affecting inkjet,and then studies the influence of the main parameter,namely voltage,on inkjet drops,and uses a high-speed camera to photograph the drop pattern.Then,through the edge detection algorithm,the ink drop image is extracted,and the circular regularity of the ink drop is calculated.The circular regularity of the ink drop is obtained,and the qualified rate of the ink drop forming under each voltage is judged.Strict standards are made for the qualified shape of the ink drop,and a reasonable voltage range is obtained.Then,in order to solve the problem of thesis stability in high-speed printing,this thesis uses traditional printing for reference,and uses roller teeth to stabilize the thesis,avoiding the displacement of the thesis under the condition of high speed.In view of the problem of printing rate,a single nozzle cannot realize high-speed inkjet,so it is proposed to adopt the method of double nozzle collaboration and splice through parallel jet holes.For this purpose,a mechanical calibration platform is designed.Through real-time electron microscope image transmission,the differential head is used to fine-adjust,so as to realize the splice of double nozzle and realize the improvement of printing speed.Finally,the designed experimental platform is used to carry out the experiment,and the obtained voltage is used to carry out the printing experiment.According to the experimental results,the bar code quality detection is carried out,and the success of the curved surface inkjet printing experiment is verified by the bar code quality detection results.At the same time,the quality parameter indexes under different voltages are analyzed to obtain the relationship between the voltage and the quality technical indexes.
