As the basic equipment of processing and manufacturing,the accuracy of machine tools is the prerequisite to ensure the accuracy of parts processing.How to improve the processing and manufacturing accuracy of machine tools has always been one of the ultimate goals in the field of mechanical research.As the core component of the machine tool,the movement accuracy of the spindle directly affects the surface quality of the machined parts,and it is also one of the important indicators to measure the machining performance of the machine tool.Especially in the fields of aerospace,ship and aircraft carrier,for large-size rotary workpieces or turning processing where the cutting amount is small relative to the nominal size of the processed workpiece,the rigidity of the workpiece is relatively large,and the movement error of the machine tool spindle affects the surface appearance of the workpiece The main factor.Therefore,the manufacturing and assembling accuracy of machine tool spindles is still the key focus of my country’s machine tool manufacturing industry.Judging from the current literature,there are few research and analysis on the effect of turning spindle movement error on the surface topography of the workpiece.This paper focuses on the influence of spindle movement error on the surface topography of turning workpieces,and proposes a detection method for turning workpiece processing errors,which is of great significance to the performance debugging and evaluation of machine tool spindles,structural improvement research and workpiece processing quality inspection.The specific research content is as follows.(1)Based on the forming mechanism of the surface of the turned workpiece,considering the influence of the spindle movement error on the relative position relationship between the workpiece axis and the tool,a mathematical model of the turning workpiece forming is established;through numerical simulation,the spindle radial movement error and axis inclination are analyzed The law of influence of motion error on turning error.(2)A turning two-point method based on the spindle movement error based on the workpiece to be processed is proposed,and established a mathematical model of the turning and detection process based on the spindle movement error.The error separation algorithm is deduced and linear parameters are used.Solve the least squares of,and then separate the radial movement error and the average radius error of each section of the turning workpiece in the depth of cut.Through numerical simulation,the simulation test result is compared with the set value,and the detection accuracy under different parameter conditions is discussed,which verifies the correctness and reliability of the detection simulation algorithm.(3)Design the test according to the detection method,and substitute the test results into the derived error separation simulation algorithm to solve the surface topography of different sections and the movement error of the spindle in the depth of cut.The calculation results are analyzed to verify The feasibility of the detection method;and analyzes the principle error of the detection method,the positioning error and the influence of the error generated in the experiment on the measurement result.
