| With the continuous improvement of our country’s Beneficiation and smelting level,and the continuous expansion of production scale,it is difficult to make the whole production process in the best operation state or achieve better economic benefits by the method of designing process first and then calculating operation in the traditional beneficiation process design.Therefore,from the perspective of integrated optimization of flotation process design and operation,this paper applies the structural design of production process,selection and parameter determination of process equipment,and process control optimization to flotation design model at the same time,which is of great significance to improve the automation level of beneficiation process.First of all,this paper introduces the research status of flotation process modeling and optimization at home and abroad,introduces the principle,production process and equipment of the flotation process,and determines the key raw ore properties,operation variables,equipment variables and flotation process quality indicators.Then a bubble model is introduced to predict the size and quantity of bubbles by using frother,air charge and pore diameter.Secondly,the bubble size,quantity and collector concentration are used to predict the flotation rate of minerals.A flotation mechanism model is established based on the basic principles of material balance,energy balance and reaction dynamics.The validity and rationality of the model are verified by simulation experiments.On the basis of the mechanism model,this paper introduces the super structure method to design the topological structure of the flotation process,that is,to optimize the circuit structure of the flotation process,the number of cells in the process and the interconnection between cells,and then establishes the flotation design model.Finally,this paper takes the shortest time to recover the cost as the goal,takes the operation variable,equipment variable and loop structure as the decision variable,and takes the quality index and process parameter as the constraint conditions,and uses the genetic algorithm to solve the model.To solve the problem of low efficiency and poor global convergence of genetic algorithm,the research group adopted two solutions.First of all,prior knowledge is introduced into the optimization process of the circuit structure,and a method of integrated optimization of flotation process design and operation based on prior knowledge is put forward.After the unreasonable circuit connection is removed,it is reconnected to other processes or directly used as the final flow(concentrate flow or tailings flow)in the optimization process,so as to correct the unreasonable circuit structure and accelerate the evolution of the algorithm And convergence rate.On this basis,this paper also introduces the idea of layered iterative optimization,and puts forward an integrated optimization method of flotation process design and operation based on the idea of layered optimization.The optimization is divided into two layers,the inner layer optimization is based on the initialization of the loop structure,to optimize the volume of equipment,the diameter of inflation hole,operating variables,etc.On the basis of the results of the inner layer optimization,the outer layer optimization optimizes the loop structure,so that a group of optimal solutions can be obtained by iterating repeatedly.The simulation results show that the genetic algorithm with prior knowledge and hierarchical iterative optimization idea has better global convergence and higher optimization efficiency.In this paper,through the establishment of the flotation design model and the study of the optimization method,the theoretical research foundation is provided for the integration of the actual flotation process design and operation. |
