| Taking the automatic disassembly and assembly equipment of mining scraper chain as the research object,Aiming at the problems of low disassembly and assembly efficiency due to high labor intensity in the current manual disassembly and assembly of mining scraper chains,the mechanical structure and control system of the automatic disassembly and assembly equipment for mining scraper chains were optimized,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the disassembly sequence of mining scraper chain,the design principles and technical requirements of automatic disassembly equipment of mining scraper chain are analyzed and determined,and the function and working principle scheme of automatic disassembly equipment of mining scraper chain are designed.At the same time,the overall layout of the automatic disassembly equipment of the mining scraper chain is designed,the overall mechanical structure of the equipment and its assembly relationship are determined,and the overall structure relationship of the control system is studied.(2)The paper Designed and optimized the mechanical structure of mining scraper chain automatic disassembly equipment.The structural design of the Conveying device and Bolt tightening device is carried out by theoretical analysis calculations,CAD software Solid Works and CAE software Ansys Workbench.The structure analysis of the original scraper lifting mechanism and bolt disassembly mechanism was carried out,the design shortcomings were determined,the structure was optimized,and the performance comparison before and after optimization was carried out based on Ansys Wokbench software to verify the rationality of structural optimization.(3)The hardware design of the control system was conducted for the automatic disassembly equipment of mining scraper chain,the specific structure relationship of the control system was determined,and the selection design of upper computer,lower computer and executing components was carried out by means of theoretical calculation,analysis and comparison.(4)Manual and remote control mode control programs for automatic disassembly and assembly of mining scraper chain equipment were designed.Aiming at the problem of long tightening time of tightening stepper motor in the automatic bolt tightening process,the control algorithm is designed,and the speed curve control program of fastening stepper motor based on Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC is optimized.This paper optimized and designed a set of equipment that can realize the automatic disassembly and assembly of mining scraper chain,the trial production and debugging of the equipment prototype show that the optimized equipment can realize the disassembly and assembly of the mining scraper chain in manual and automatic modes,and the equipment structure is reasonable and the work is stable,which can meet the on-site disassembly and assembly requirements of the mining scraper chain project.This paper provides design ideas for relevant technical personnel to further develop automatic disassembly and assembly equipment for mining scraper chain. |
