| In recent years,the application of continuous tubing systems in various operations such as drilling,well completion,hydraulic fracturing,and window sidetracking in oil and gas fields has become increasingly widespread.Compared with conventional pipe columns such as drill pipes and production tubing,continuous tubing systems do not require single joints,and their equipment has a high degree of automation,which can significantly improve operational efficiency and facilitate live well operations.The injection head device is the core component of the continuous tubing system,which clamps the continuous tubing for up and down operations,and its safety and reliability have extremely high requirements for the performance of the equipment.To date,there has been a considerable amount of research on metal continuous tubing injection head devices,and the research technology is relatively mature.However,the research on injection head devices for non-metallic flexible tubing is not yet complete.This project aims to complete the overall structural design of non-metallic flexible tubing operations equipment and complete the theoretical establishment and analysis research.This article conducts research and analysis on the development status of continuous tubing technology and injection head devices,analyzes the mechanical behavior of non-metal flexible tubing in operational states,completes the detailed design scheme of non-metal flexible tubing injection head device,establishes a 3D model diagram of the injection head device,and uses Ansys software to conduct strength analysis on key components.The dynamic model of the driving system is established,and the velocity change curve between the various components of the driving system and the change curve of the meshing force of the wheel teeth are obtained.The dynamic model of the chain system is established,and the contact force change curve between the various components of the chain system is obtained.According to the working condition requirements,the hydraulic circuits of the driving system,clamping system,and tensioning system are designed,and the simulation and analysis of the hydraulic circuit of the clamping system are completed.In summary,this article proposes an injection head device suitable for non-metal flexible tubing,providing guidance and scientific basis for subsequent research on non-metal flexible tubing operations equipment. |
