| As an ultra-high-strength aluminum alloy,7075 aluminum alloy exhibits good mechanical properties, has the advantages of low density and high specific strength, and plays an important role as a structural material in the fields of aviation and automobile manufacturing. However, this alloy has poor plasticity at room temperature and often needs to be processed at high temperatures. Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical research value to study the thermal deformation behavior of 7075 aluminum alloy, and the results can provide a theoretical reference for the analysis and formulation of the plastic-forming process of 7075 aluminum alloy. This paper analyzes the hot compression organization of extruded 7075 aluminum alloy by means of the optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, etc. It is found that the organization of the specimen after hot compression has a streamlined shape in general, and the lamellar organization developed by the subcrystal during the deformation can be observed in the center of the compression deformation.relationship.To study the thermal deformation behavior of extruded 7075 aluminum alloy,it is necessary to analyze the intrinsic structure relationship under the deformation conditions. The true stress-strain curve of extruded 7075 aluminum alloy is plotted and the corresponding data processing is performed to obtain the parameters required to construct the intrinsic structure equation, and then the hyperbolic sinusoidal intrinsic structure equation of extruded 7075 aluminum alloy is obtained. The processing performance of the extruded 7075 aluminum alloy in this state is analyzed and summarized by combining the information provided by the dynamic recrystallization behavior of the extruded 7075 aluminum alloy during the thermal deformation process. The machining stability zone and destabilization zone of the alloy in this state are determined by the thermal processing diagram, and the destabilization zone is mainly distributed in the low-temperature zone and the high-temperature and high deformation rate zone.According to the thermal processing diagram, the suitable parameters for the thermal processing of extruded 7075 aluminum alloy are determined to be 380~420℃,and the suitable strain rate in this temperature range is 0.01~1 s-1,so as to optimize the thermal processing process of extruded 7075 aluminum alloy. |
