As China’s economy enters a new normal,the refined oil sales market is impacted by the reform of state-owned enterprises,market opening,new energy vehicles and other factors,there is also the risk of a surge in competitive pressure.At the same time,the demand of fine management in state-owned enterprises has been strengthened,and the expectation of performance management of management has also increased,which reveals that g petroleum enterprise is relatively weak in the concept of performance management in gas stations,management model is also relatively backward and other issues.Based on the performance management problems of gas stations in G Oil Enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems of gas stations in G Oil Enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems in performance planning,performance monitoring,organization and implementation of performance appraisal,performance feedback and application of appraisal results.Based on the actual production and Operation Situation,the balanced scorecard management tools are introduced to map out the business strategy theme,taking the company’s Development Goals and guiding balanced scorecard as the benchmark,the index system of performance appraisal is optimized,and the weight of the two-level indexes is calculated by analytic hierarchy process Consolidated the examination of the results of the assessment,increased the appeal process and interview links,so that the use of the results of the performance assessment more in-depth perfect.This paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions and suggestions on the performance management of gas stations in G Oil Enterprises,hoping to have a systematic understanding of the problems,causes and optimization methods in the current performance management of gas stations in G Oil Enterprises,it provides useful reference for the performance management level of refined oil sales industry.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)in recent years,although the gas station performance management of G Oil Enterprise has achieved certain results,there are still deficiencies;(2)through the“Whole process” optimization measures,established a feasible and effective optimization process,performance management of diagnosis,detection,guidance,competition role is obvious,in improving quality and efficiency,reduce operating costs,etc.(3)the performance evaluation index system of gas stations in G Oil Enterprises is more scientific and comprehensive by combining the development objectives of the enterprises with the introduction of four levels of balanced scorecard(4)around the construction of a high-quality and efficient performance management system,pushing the profit of enterprises,the policy of benefiting people,to maximize the core needs of grass-roots staff in the first place,continue to increase the strength of service to grass-roots gas stations,employees’ sense of well-being increased significantly.
