Study On Legal Issues Of Protection Of Drinking Water Source In China

Water is the survival data for people’s life and development.As an important basic resource for human beings,drinking water source plays a pivotal role in the current ecological environment protection.As a large country with a population of more than 1 billion,China has a huge average annual water consumption,but there are not many areas that can be used as a drinking water source,so it is in serious shortage.Moreover,with the economic development of natural environment,some drinking water sources also suffer serious pollution,and the contradiction between man and nature becomes more acute.Therefore,it is urgent for China to establish and improve the unification of the supporting legal system and management system of drinking water sources,in order to better promote the "march" of the protection of drinking water sources,ecological civilization construction and sustainable development in China.Through the sample analysis of the current situation of drinking water source protection in China,this paper draws on some foreign advanced experience and measures in the protection of drinking water sources,and then provides theoretical support for the improvement of the legal system,supporting measures and management system of drinking water source protection in China.This paper is divided into five chapters,and the first chapter is the introduction.Chapter 2 introduces the connotation of drinking water source protection,the development process and basic theory of protection law,and introduces the achievements made in the protection of drinking water source in China in recent years,and comprehensively analyzes the feasibility and necessity of drinking water source protection in China.Chapter 3,through the analysis of the current situation of the protection of drinking water sources in China,points out the legal problems existing in the protection of drinking water sources in China,and the neglect of law enforcement from the perspective of law enforcement,and proposes the absence of legislation from the perspective of legal supervision.The fourth chapter introduces the protection system of drinking water sources in developed countries with the United States,Japan and Germany as examples.By learning from the advanced experience of other countries,we can learn from the experience of improving the legal system of drinking water sources.Chapter 5 for the legal problems in the process of drinking water source protection in China,put forward the corresponding countermeasures: improve the source of drinking water protection legislation,improve the source of drinking water protection in China,strengthen the judicial construction,through the legal means to protect the source of drinking water ecological environment security.
