As a biological catalyst,enzymes are essential for many biological and chemical reactions.An enzyme usually can only catalyze one reaction exclusively,so how to construct multifunctional enzymes has been a hot research topic.In this study,we firstly synthesized magnetic ganoderma lucidum spore microspheres(GLS-Fe3O4)using ganoderma lucidum spores as a template,and proved by SEM,XRD,FTIR and other scientific means.GLS-Fe3O4is a microsphere with homogeneous shape and functional groups such as amino groups on the surface,and has good peroxidase-like activity and magnetic responsiveness.Secondly,GLS-Fe3O4 was used as a carrier to successfully prepare GLS-Fe3O4-GOx and GLS-Fe3O4-Mn O2bifunctional enzyme-like materials.GLS-Fe3O4-GOx is a glucose sensor which used GLS-Fe3O4 as a carrier,has peroxidase-like and glucose oxidase properties,and used an enzyme cascade reaction.The enzyme cascade reaction means the oxidation of glucose and the colorimetric detection of H2O2 are carried out simultaneously.GLS-Fe3O4-GOx can not only be used for one-step detection of glucose with a concentration range of 0.5-6 mmol/L(R2=0.9794),with a detection limit of 0.033 mmol/L,but also is easily recoverable and reusable.It not only provided a new idea for the construction of glucose sensing platform,but also laid the foundation for the subsequent application of this material in bioassay.GLS-Fe3O4-Mn O2 has higher oxidase activity and its oxidase activity is significantly better than GLS-Mn O2 nanomaterials which without Fe3O4 including empty spores as carriers.GLS-Fe3O4-Mn O2 was successfully used for the detection of ascorbic acid and glutathione.The detection range was 2-20μmol/L(R2=0.9913)with a detection limit of 0.25μmol/L for ascorbic acid and 5-60μmol/L(R2=0.9971)with a detection limit of 0.35μmol/L for glutathione,and responded with good linearity.Glucose,ascorbic acid and glutathione are all human blood components,and the detection of them by the material synthesized in this experiment lays the foundation for the subsequent application of the material in real samples and provides a new idea for the bioassay platform.
