Research On The Driving Factors And Effects Of Social Responsibility Implementation From The Perspective Of Green Governanc

With the establishment and implementation of various environmental protection concepts and green development policy documents,as well as the proposal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutral development goals,green and low-carbon concepts are increasingly strengthened,and green governance has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.Green governance is an important research topic in the field of corporate governance.It requires enterprises to assume the responsibility of green governance while obtaining economic benefits,which is a reflection of enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibilities.But the current green governance research mostly exist in theory,research on the application of the green management in practice is less,and the blood of the national economy in China,the oil industry had to high consumption,high pollution,high emissions,so to the oil industry’s green responsibility fulfillment situation study has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Enterprises there are a lot of research on social responsibility,but mostly from the perspective of stakeholders,wide range,this paper chose one aspect of social responsibility that is from the Angle of view of the green management,China’s oil in oil industry representative as the research object,through the use of text mining,text analysis and data analysis method,Explore the driving mechanism of CNPC’s green responsibility.As for the internal driving mechanism of the company,this paper selects four aspects: the company’s green concept and strategy,employees’ environmental awareness,the attributes of the board of directors and the content of green information disclosure.External driving mechanism This paper analyzes the green policy formulated by the state,the attention of the news media,the driving force of industry development and the research and development of science and technology.In the analysis of the effect of green responsibility,the impact of green governance is analyzed from three parts: financial performance,governance performance and social performance.It is concluded that the company’s environmental protection investment and R&D investment are also increasing under the drive of the internal and external governance mechanism,which has significantly improved the company’s pollutant emission,warm gas emission and energy saving.The contribution of this paper is that studies on social responsibility are mainly conducted from different dimensions,and they are all empirical studies.There are few case studies based on one dimension,because the perspective of this paper enriches the research in this field.Secondly,the integration of green governance,social responsibility and corporate performance will be studied to find the integration point of green governance and social responsibility and build a perfect internal and external action mechanism,which can provide reference for other enterprises and improve the enthusiasm of the company to fulfill green responsibility.
