The art paint industry has a broad development prospect and belongs to the sunrise industry of the paint industry.With the adjustment of the national economic policy,the change of consumers’ concept,art paint has become an emerging product in the home decoration paint industry in the paint market by using its own characteristics of environmental protection and functionality.In the face of fierce market competition,a perfect marketing strategy has become a necessary means for the development of contemporary art paint companies.Only by combining marketing strategies with practical business issues can an art paint company better promote its development.This paper takes the study of BMT paint company’s marketing strategy as the starting point,Apply PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis,consumer analysis,SWOT analysis,STP theory,7P theory and other marketing theories to analyse the company’s internal and external environment,its market segmentation,target market,market positioning,products,prices,channels,promotions,services,personnel and physical displays respectively.Identify the problems of the company in the marketing process and propose a series of specific marketing strategy optimization plans in order to solve the problems of BMT Coatings in the actual development process,so as to promote the rapid development of the company and improve the company’s reputation,Finally,it is also hoped that the research in this paper can provide some significance to the marketing development of the whole art paint industry.
