The Yellow River basin in gansu province has a rich variety of terrain environment and the ecological landscape, but because of ecologically fragile, serious soil and water loss, facing the huge pressure to the long-term development of the ecological protection and,in the reform of national spatial planning and the Yellow River basin ecological protection and high quality development planning outline published background, how to grasp the balance development and conservation, will be the key issues in the region.Based on land use data and habitat quality changes, this paper tries to provide ideas for solving this problem by constructing ecological pattern. This paper is analyzed based on In VEST model and MCR model.By processing land use data to analyze land use change during the study period, and then taking land use data as the basic base data, different land uses were scientifically selected as stress sources, different stress modes and formulas were used to calculate, and the habitat suitability of different land types corresponding to stress sources was determined. The status and changes of habitat quality in each year were obtained by using In VEST model, and the spatial-temporal evolution of habitat quality in the study area was analyzed. Then, ecological source areas were selected according to the distribution of protected areas and habitat quality.According to the data of habitat quality, distance from road, slope, land use type, distance from water area and height, the corresponding single resistance surface was constructed and merged into a comprehensive resistance surface. Finally, the ecological corridor with the least resistance between different ecological source areas is built, and the research scope is divided into ecological control zones according to the size of ecological resistance, and the regional ecological security pattern is obtained, and analyzed according to the statistical data, and the following conclusions are obtained:The "land for human activities" and "land for ecological development" decrease, the former continues to decline, the latter continues to rise; The habitat quality of The Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin was high in the south and low in the north, equal in the middle and superior in the east and weak in the west. The overall habitat quality was transforming to superior, and the optimization speed was slowing down. The ecological pattern of The Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin is the basic ecological structure of "one core, five auxiliary parts, four areas and seven corridors",which play different ecological functions respectively. The distribution of ecological resistance in the Yellow River Basin shows the basic characteristics of high in the north, average in the middle and low in the east. The distribution of high, medium and low resistance values has different structural class characteristics, such as scattered and balanced, contiguous and inclusive, connectivity and ductility, etc. Therefore,at the macro level,it is proposed to change the traditional thinking orientation, set up the value of ecological priority, adhere to the green economic development mode;Change urban and regional development indicators to achieve balanced development by adopting multiple standards;Take control of complex landform and share ecological environment. At the micro level, strictly protect the ecological conservation area of "one nuclear and five auxiliary";Refer to zoning recommendations;Unblock the ecological corridor and strengthen the intersection of the corridor;Building ecological infrastructure and other suggestions.By establishing land transfer matrix, analyzing spatial-temporal evolution of habitat quality and establishing ecological pattern, this paper analyzes man-land relationship in Gansu section of Yellow River Basin, and puts forward some planning suggestions, which provides countermeasures for alleviating man-land relationship and promoting long-term harmonious development.
