In the past half century,science and technology have developed rapidly,and people have new requirements for the required material quality.This invisibly promotes the development of machining technology towards high precision,high efficiency and intelligence.Grinding in processing is the top priority.Traditional grinding wheels have problems such as high grinding temperature,high grinding force,and poor surface quality of workpieces during grinding,and they do not conform to the green manufacturing concept advocated now.The innovation of grinding wheels is imminent.In recent years,the concept of structured grinding wheels has been frequently mentioned,and it has become the future development direction of the grinding wheel field.This article is aimed at the research on the optimized design and preparation process of the structured CBN grinding wheel.First,several structured grinding wheels are designed,the flow field simulation analysis and the abrasive movement trajectory simulation are carried out,and the optimized design of the grinding wheel is completed,and then through single factor,orthogonal The test finds the appropriate laser cladding process parameters,and finally the grinding experiment is carried out to compare and analyze the grinding force and the surface roughness of the workpiece to determine which structured grinding wheel is the best.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Design of abrasive grain arrangement.There are many ways to structure the grinding wheel.This article chooses the design of the arrangement of abrasive grains on the end surface of the substrate.Finally,three arrangements of arc,oblique and linear are designed,and the corresponding arrangements are given.Mathematical expression.By changing the parameters in the expression,the shape of the line can be changed.In order to avoid the gas barrier effect,the internal cooling matrix structure is also designed.(2)Simulation analysis of flow field.The designed structured grinding wheel is used to simulate the flow of grinding fluid.The Fluent software is used to establish a flow field simulation model,set boundary conditions,post-process the calculation results,and change the shape parameters of each line type to obtain the grinding fluid in The average speed and flow rate at the outlet of the grinding wheel,these two indicators can explain the quality of the arrangement method.After comprehensive analysis,the optimal geometric value of the line under each arrangement method is finally obtained.Later,I did a simulation of the abrasive particle movement trajectory to analyze which line type is better.(3)Determination of process parameters.Laser cladding is an emerging technology,which has different processing parameters for different materials.For this experiment,the laser power,scanning speed,powder feeding speed and defocusing amount are selected as the experimental influencing factors,and the shape coefficient of the cladding layer and the molten pool are selected as the experimental factors.Highly selected as the test index,the single-factor experiment method is used to narrow the value range of each process parameter,and the relevant influence law is found;the orthogonal test is used to determine the best value for the laser cladding experiment using the Ni-Sn-Cu metal bond Excellent process parameters to prepare a better quality cladding layer.(4)Grinding processing experiment.Use the prepared structured grinding wheel to carry out the grinding processing experiment,compare the grinding performance of the three kinds of grinding wheels with different abrasive grain arrangements.The grinding force of the structured grinding wheel with the abrasive grains arranged in an arc pattern is relatively large,the surface quality of the obtained workpiece is the best.
