The Impact Of Digital Economy On The Efficiency Of Green Technology Innovation In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

The development of the digital economy not only promotes the integration of digital industry and traditional formats,but also improves the level of industrial informatization,changes production methods,and is conducive to regional innovation activities.Based on the characteristics of wide coverage and low transmission cost in the digital economy,it can not only optimize the traditional innovation pattern,but also facilitate the connection of innovation entities.As the region with the highest level of digital economy development and the largest difference in development,studying the impact of digital economy on the efficiency of green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has extremely important theoretical and practical significance.Based on this,on the basis of combining relevant literature,first of all,build a green innovation input-output system,use the global super efficiency SBM-DEA efficiency measurement model to measure the green technology innovation efficiency of 110 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,use the principal component analysis method to build the Yangtze River Economic Belt digital economy development index,and analyze the spatial autocorrelation of digital economy and green technology innovation efficiency through the Moran’s I.Secondly,the panel fixed model(FE)and spatial Durbin model(SDM)are used to explore the impact of digital economy on green technology innovation efficiency without considering spatial factors and spatial factors,further analyze the heterogeneous impact of digital economy on green technology innovation efficiency in different regions,and verify the robustness of this study through the Instrumental variables estimation method.Finally,we use the Mesomeric effect model to prove the impact path of digital economy on green technology innovation efficiency.The research results indicate that,firstly,there is a spatial correlation between the development of digital economy and the efficiency of green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.However,with the country’s emphasis on digital and ecological construction in the central and western regions,the spatial autocorrelation between the digital economy and green technology innovation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has decreased.Secondly,the development of the digital economy has a direct promoting effect on the efficiency of green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the direct promoting effect of the digital economy on the efficiency of green technology innovation in downstream regions is higher than that in the middle and upper reaches.Thirdly,the spatial spillover effect of the digital economy on the efficiency of green technology innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is greater than its direct effect,and the spillover effect in downstream regions is stronger.Fourthly,the digital economy aims to improve the efficiency of green technology innovation by optimizing the allocation of innovative resources and expanding the scale of the consumer market.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations such as strengthening digital construction,narrowing the efficiency gap of green technology innovation,maximizing the Utility maximization problem of digital economy on green technology innovation efficiency,and expanding the transmission channel of digital economy on green technology innovation efficiency under the background of rapid development of digital economy.The potential innovation and contribution of the article lies in the fact that existing literature has conducted effective research on the promotion of high-quality regional development,industrial structure upgrading,technological progress,pollution reduction,and other aspects of the digital economy.The above influencing factors are consistent with the core requirements of green technology innovation performance.Therefore,the digital economy and green technology innovation efficiency are included in the analysis framework.Meanwhile,previous hot research on the efficiency of green technology innovation has focused too much on measurement and evaluation.This study expands on the impact of external factors on the efficiency of green technology innovation and constructs a more comprehensive indicator system to measure the process of green technology innovation efficiency.
