Wardrobe Design For The Self-care Elderly

At present,the aging of the population has unconsciously swept through China,and there is a trend of intensification,and the elderly have also become the group that needs the most attention and care in society.Under the continuous rise of domestic pension pressure,home aging transformation has been carried out one after another,and pension furniture has also appeared simultaneously,so it is very urgent to design pension furniture that meets the physical characteristics and actual needs of the elderly.This paper takes the self-care elderly wardrobe as the research object,based on the characteristics of the self-care elderly and their actual needs,reasonably divides the wardrobe space and sets up convenient auxiliary functions to help the self-care elderly use the wardrobe more easily and conveniently.Firstly,through Literature research and household survey,the changes in the physiological and psychological characteristics of the self-care elderly and the behavior of the self-care elderly using the wardrobe were analyzed successively,and four types of pain points were listed to explore the potential demand.On this basis,the fuzzy Kano model is further used to analyze the demand,and the satisfaction ranking of the elderly with the wardrobe demand is obtained,which is used to guide the subsequent design practice.Secondly,in view of the unreasonable division of the existing wardrobe space layout,the use area and functional area of the cabinet space are redivided with reference to the human size of the elderly and the frequency of clothing use,and the preliminary wardrobe space layout scheme is obtained.Through the reachability domain and visual domain analysis tools in Jack’s human-machine simulation software,the rationality of the preliminary wardrobe space layout scheme is verified.Finally,on the basis of this scheme,the self-care elderly wardrobe is designed,and then sorted according to the needs of the previous article,the automatic lifting clothes hanging pole device,ultraviolet germicidal lamp device,clothing planning query interface three auxiliary function design is completed,and embedded technology is used to achieve the corresponding auxiliary functions.Help the self-care elderly to access the clothes in the wardrobe more conveniently,enhance independent living ability,and reduce the incidence of accidents.Starting from the actual needs of the self-care elderly,this project proposes a design scheme for the self-care elderly wardrobe.It is hoped to provide design ideas and reference for other elderly care furniture designs to help the elderly improve the quality of life of home care.
