| Traditional plastic packaging materials are one of the most important sources of environmental pollution.The disadvantages of traditional medical gauze,such as adhesiveness and hard to replace were also attracted the attentions of researchers.In recent years,composite films with good biocompatibility and biodegradability are becoming a hot research topic in the field of food packaging and wound treatment Therefore,in this paper,Fmoc-F/food gum-based composite film was prepared with Fmoc-F and food gum as the main film-forming substrates,and the formula of the films were optimized by measuring the physicochemical indexes of the film.The main findings and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Fmoc-F/gelatin films were prepared with gelatin,Fmoc-F,glycerol and DMSO.With performance testing of composite films at different conditions,the optimum formula is that the mass ratio of glycerol to gelatin is 2,the amount of DMSO is 4%,and the mass ratio of Fmoc-F/gelatin is 1/20.With this formula,the film has good biocompatibility and biodegradability,and can ensure the diffusion and flow of gas.The defects of high expansion rate and high moisture content of gelatin film are improved.The water resistance of the Fmoc-F/gelatin film is stronger,and the mechanical strength is also improved.The FmocF/gelatin film is mainly formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonding,and the interaction between Fmoc-F and gelatin results in an increased denseness and a homogeneous and stable network structure of the film.The porous network structure of the Fmoc-F/gelatin film facilitates the growth and reproduction of microorganisms,accelerating the degradation of the film and reducing environmental pollution.(2)The Fmoc-F/gelatin film has good visibility and breathability with a water vapor transmission rate of 209.35 g/m2·24h,which is in line with the recommended value for an ideal wound dressing.The Fmoc-F/gelatin-based wound dressing film inhibited the inflammation level of mouse wounded skin tissues,reduced the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α,and promoted the secretion of EGF and TGF-α.When the film was used with antibacterial drugs,it can promote the healing of mouse wounds.(3)To improve the abilities of Fmoc-F/gelatin film,carob and gellan gum was added into the film,respectively.By determination of the mechanical properties,water resistance and anti-bacterial properties,the Fmoc-F/gelatin/carob gum/0.2%thyme essential oil composite film and Fmoc-F/gelatin/gellan gum/0.6%thyme essential oil composite film were selected for strawberry storage.As packaging films,Fmoc-F/gelatin/carob gum and Fmoc-F/gelatin/gellan gum films have excellent antibacterial properties and control-released properties for essential oil.Compared to the blank control group and plastic packaging materials,the Fmoc-F/food gel-based composite film can effectively reduce the ageing of strawberry fruit cell membranes,their respiration rate,the loss of strawberry nutrients and prolong the storage period of strawberries.Fmoc-F/food gel-based films can be considered as the packaging material to extend the storage life of strawberries. |
