Design Of Light Customized Stainless Steel Kitchen Cabinet

After experiencing rapid development,the custom kitchen cabinet market has now reached a saturation point.Market chaos such as product similarity,imitation,and plagiarism are common in the kitchen cabinet industry,leading to a stage of homogeneous competition.However,in the current context of consumer upgrading and changes in the main consumer groups,this situation is unfavorable for the sustainable development of the kitchen cabinet industry.It is urgent to generate new competitive elements,enhance the core competitiveness of products,better meet the personalized needs of consumers,and conform to the current development trends.The study introduces the strategy of light customization in design,targeting the post-90s generation as the target group,and using residential stainless steel kitchen cabinets as the carrier for design innovation.The goal of light customization is achieved through modular means.Feasible stainless steel kitchen cabinet design schemes are proposed,and the following research work has been completed:Firstly,light customization and furniture light customization are defined and distinguished from traditional customization.Light customization is user-oriented,emphasizing user participation and experiential satisfaction in the customization process,placing design at the forefront,and achieving end-to-end customization.It aligns more closely with the prevailing market development trends.The concept of light customization is clarified.Secondly,during the user survey stage,through questionnaire surveys and literature research,the living conditions and consumption concepts of the post-90s generation are analyzed and summarized.The characteristics of the target group and common demands are identified,providing theoretical support for the design of light customized kitchen cabinets.Next,a systematic analysis of residential stainless steel custom kitchen cabinets is conducted,comparing the existing stainless steel cabinet connection structures,and proposing directions for light customization structural design.Finally,based on the concept of light customization and the common demands of the target group,light customized stainless steel kitchen cabinets are designed.This is achieved by dividing the light customization basic unit modules,conducting in-depth design of the modules,establishing a dimensional system,and ultimately determining three types of light customized cabinet schemes:frame-type,panel-type,and box-type.The study introduces a light customization design strategy for furniture and proposes a light-customized stainless steel kitchen cabinet product design solution.It aims to meet users’ personalized needs and achieve high participation while providing a high-quality experience during the customization process and organically integrating with mass production.This study also offers new design ideas and references for the sustainable development of residential stainless steel customized kitchen cabinets.
