The advantages of dry flue gas removal technology using activated coke as a material,such as low cost,no secondary pollution,recyclability,and no harm to human health and the environment caused by the reaction products,are gradually receiving attention.Activated coke flue gas removal technology is considered to be a promising and feasible way in the direction of flue gas pollutant removal,so the research on activated coke flue gas denitrification technology and the research on modified activated coke denitrification is of great significance.Based on the single variable control method,this paper studied the variation rules between the denitrification effect of activated coke and the parameters such as reaction temperature,ammonia nitrogen ratio,and oxygen content.Due to the better denitration ability of activated coke after modication,and considering the direction of treatment through modification of activated coke,sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,and nitric acid were selected for acidification of activated coke,and the impact of different acid treatments on denitration efficiency was analyzed Subsequently,experimental research on denitrification of V2O5 modified activated coke was conducted,and on this basis,the changes in denitrification efficiency were compared and analyzed by treating V2O5 modified activated coke with different acids.Thereby discussing the impact of different modification methods on denitration performance.The results show that the denitrification efficiency increases with the increase of temperature;The ammonia nitrogen ratio has a higher denitrification efficiency in the range of 1-1.1;When the oxygen content is 10%,the denitrification efficiency of activated coke reaches a peak of 51.3%.At 200℃,with the continuous increase of oxygen content,the flue gas conditions at this time did not enable the active coke to reach the conditions under which self oxidation could occur.After using sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid,and nitric acid to acidify activated coke,their denitrification efficiency has been improved.In the comparative analysis of different acid treated activated coke,the denitrification efficiency of nitric acid treated activated coke has increased by 17.5%,showing the best acid treatment denitrification performance.The denitrification efficiency of V2O5 modified activated coke without acidification increased by 30.7%.The denitrification efficiency of V2O5 modified activated coke increased by 15.8%after nitric acid acidification,while the denitrification efficiency of activated coke after sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid acidification was not significantly improved.
