High-speed permanent magnet motors have the advantages of high power density,high operating efficiency and fast response compared with ordinary motors、and are generally used in high-speed grinding machine tools,sewage treatment,micro gas turbine power generation and flywheel energy storage.In this thesis,an amorphous alloy high-speed permanent magnet motor is used as the research object to calculate the stator and rotor losses of the motor under different operating conditions such as different power supply methods,different loads and different switching frequencies.and the specific work is as follows:1)By introducing the principle of joint field and circuit simulation,a joint simulation model of amorphous alloy high-speed permanent magnet motor circuit is built in ANSYS and MATLAB to simulate the operation of the motor under different operating conditions such as different speed and different load.2)On the basis of the joint simulation model,the stator iron consumption and rotor eddy current loss of the motor under sinusoidal and inverter power supply are compared and analysed,and the variation of rotor eddy current loss under different loads is calculated.3)The three-phase current and magnetic density of a high-speed permanent magnet motor are calculated under different switching frequencies and different filter inductances.and the variation of stator iron consumption and rotor eddy current loss with switching frequency is compared and analysed,and the variation of motor loss under different filter inductances is calculated.4)By simulating the stator iron consumption and rotor eddy current loss of the motor at diffrent speeds.currents and voltages,the model of stator iron consumption with respect to speed and the model of rotor eddy current loss with respect to motor speed and current harmonics are fitted,and the separation of stator iron consumption and rotor eddy current loss of the motor is achieved.The study of this theis has implications for the application of new amorphous alloy materials in high-speed permanent magnet motors,the calculation and verification of high-speed permanent magnet motor losses,and the optimisation of high-speed permanent magnet motor design with amorphous alloys.
