| Sewage treatment is a high-energy-consuming industry,and carbon-neutral operation has become the development trend of sewage plants in the future.The utilization of sludge energy is one of the current research hotspots in the field of energy and environment.As potential biomass resources,the waste sludge and kitchen waste from sewage treatment can be upgraded to energy plants,so that sewage treatment can enter a sustainable development stage.However,economic,environmental and raw material supply problems seriously restrict the application and promotion of this technology.It is imperative to fully evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the technology and develop its raw material supply chain optimization model.This study uses the theory of sustainable development as the theoretical basis,summarizes the carbon emission reduction technology and low-carbon operation strategy of sewage treatment at home and abroad,and proposes the technical framework of carbon neutral sewage treatment energy plant.In order to verify the feasibility of the co-digestion technology of sludge and kitchen waste in energy plants,a comprehensive impact assessment model of carbon footprint,environment and economy was established based on the theory of the whole life cycle,and the comprehensive impact assessment of energy consumption,material consumption and pollution discharge in the construction、operation and demolition stages of traditional sewage treatment technology and energy plant treatment technology was carried out In order to solve the economic and environmental problems of raw material supply,a multi-objective optimization model for the fuel supply chain of carbon neutral sewage treatment energy plant with the economic and environmental benefits of the energy plant as the objective function was developed,the middleman acquisition mode was introduced,the operation parameters of the case factory were optimized by market research data,and the optimal objective function value was obtained by MATLAB.The results show that the sewage treatment energy plant based on the co-digestion technology of residual sludge and kitchen waste can theoretically achieve the goal of carbon neutrality and achieve the sustainable development of the sewage treatment industry.The multi-objective optimization model using the middleman acquisition model can significantly reduce the cost of storage and transportation.At the same generation scale,the economic/environmental benefits of energy plants are much higher than traditional biomass direct-fired power plants.This study is carried out under the background of the dual carbon goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",and proposes an energy plant framework based on sludge and kitchen waste co-digestion technology,makes full use of biomass resources.develops a full life cycle assessment model and fuel supply chain optimization model.improves the environmental and economic comprehensive benefits of sewage treatment energy plants,provides a coupling path for sewage and waste treatment,and promotes the development of emerging technologies of carbon neutrality in China. |
