Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of "Toilet Revolution" In T County Of Henan Province

Henan Province has a vast territory and a large population.As a major agricultural province,Henan Provincial Government has actively carried out a series of work around rural revitalization.Among them,a series of activities have been carried out on the improvement of human settlements.On March 30,2018,the Henan Provincial Government could not issue the Three Year Action Implementation Plan for Rural Human Settlements Improvement in Henan Province.Clarified the requirements for the reconstruction of toilets in the province,and invested more than224 million related financial subsidies to support rural development and construction.In January 2019,the Henan Provincial Government issued the Opinions of the General Office of the Henan Provincial People’s Government on Further Accelerating the Transformation of Rural Household Toilets,which put forward new opinions on further accelerating the transformation of rural household toilets in the province.The toilet revolution has achieved certain results.However,there are also some problems that can not be ignored in the work of toilet improvement in Henan Province.Taking T County in Henan Province as an example,this paper discusses the problems in the implementation of the "toilet revolution" and the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide some help for T County and even rural areas with similar environmental resources to carry out the toilet revolution.This research is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the research background,research significance,research content,research methods and research framework,establishes the research status at home and abroad,and analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of this research;The second part defines the concepts related to this study and puts forward the theoretical basis of this study;The third part investigates the current situation of the toilet revolution in T County,designs a questionnaire,and analyzes the survey results;The fourth part according to the survey results,the paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of toilet revolution in T county;The fifth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the process of implementing the toilet revolution in T County;The sixth part put forward countermeasures to solve the problem of rural toilet revolution.Using the literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire survey method,the present situation of toilet revolution in T county was analyzed and studied,the existing problems in the process of promoting the toilet revolution were put forward,the causes of the problems were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
