The X-shaped diagonally supported foam concrete composite wallboard mentioned in this article is a kind of green,high-efficiency,energy-saving,earthquakeresistant prefabricated load-bearing wallboard.The overall load-bearing of the wall.The X-shaped diagonal braced composite wall panel designed on the basis of traditional Chinese reinforced concrete frame structure can integrate the three key technologies of "low energy consumption,integration,prefabrication and cast-in-place" in urban prefabricated construction,enhance the disadvantages,and make the basement more efficient.Wall panels integrate the functions of force,protection and separation,and are of great significance to the development of prefabricated construction in Chinese cities.This topic relies on the Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Department project 20190303123 SF "Research and Application of Assembled Integral Multi-storey Residential Load-bearing Wall Panels".In this paper,the mechanical properties,influencing factors,and main mechanical data indicators of foam concrete composite wall panels under low-cycle reciprocating loads are studied by numerical simulation and test methods,and their failure characteristics and mechanical mechanisms are also studied.Finally,the hysteretic performance parameters and design opinions of the structural system are presented according to the relevant results of the test and finite element analysis.The main work content and research results include:(1)In this paper,the size of the wallboard is preliminarily determined through the finite element,seismic related theory and the stress conditions of the composite wallboard of different sizes in the ABAQUS simulation;Factors(whether there is a uniform load on the post-cast beam,the ratio of diagonal bracing,and the height-towidth ratio),three groups of specimens were designed for further simulation,and the single influence of different factors on the mechanical properties of the composite wallboard was clarified;The most important factor affecting the seismic performance is the aspect ratio.(2)Make two composite wallboards with different aspect ratios for low-cycle reciprocating load test and analyze and compare their failure modes,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves and bearing capacity,and clarify the composite wallboards with different aspect ratios.seismic performance.Then,the simulation results are compared with the test results to verify the reliability of the simulation;finally,the data is organized to draw conclusions.(3)Studying the effect of aspect ratio on the seismic performance of wallboard is the basis for the application of composite wallboard in the overall structure,and it is also the premise of popularizing the wallboard.The hysteresis curves of composite wall panels with different aspect ratios are consistent: the hysteresis loops are all fusiform;the overall trend of the curves is the same,the maximum load increases rapidly in the elastic stage,and the energy consumption begins to increase significantly after entering the elastic-plastic stage.It can be seen from the skeleton curve that with the increase of the aspect ratio,the bearing capacity of the component increases and decreases obviously,indicating that the specimen has an optimal aspect ratio.(4)Compared with the frame structure,the X-type diagonal braced foam concrete composite wallboard designed and manufactured in this paper and applied to the assembly of the integral reinforced concrete frame-bracing structure improves the displacement deformation capacity and the ability of the structure to absorb seismic energy,and makes the The force transmission path is more reasonable.X-type diagonal braces can transmit the seismic force received by the wall panels to the beams and columns,and absorb part of the energy in the process of force transmission;the diagonal bracing forms flexible supports at the beam-column joints,which improves the overall deformation capacity;In the later stage,the failure of frame beams takes precedence over frame columns to form beam-end plastic hinges,which absorb part of the seismic energy and delay the failure time of frame columns.The X-type diagonal brace is equivalent to an additional seismic defense line,and the seismic capacity can be significantly improved when combined with the ductile frame to resist earthquakes.And filling the wallboard can reduce the weight of the structure and improve the bearing capacity.Although the diagonal bracing cannot achieve the seismic enhancement effect of the shear wall,compared with the shear wall,the frame-diagonal bracing structure uses less materials,lower cost and simpler construction.
