| Warp sizing is a very important process in textile field,which is related to the subsequent weaving efficiency and product quality.At present,there are many researches on staple fiber yarn sizing,and the sizing quality is good,but the sizing effect of these sizing materials on polyester filament is poor.The selection of polyester filament sizing materials is special.In polyester filament sizing materials,PVA has insufficient adhesion to polyester filament and slow biodegradation rate.Polyacrylate slurry cost is high,desizing requires strong alkali,not suitable for color yarn desizing.There are also some special yarns in short fiber yarns,such as bobbin yarns and warp knitted cotton yarns.The sizing of bobbin yarns requires low viscosity and good permeability of the slurry.The current sizing research is not mature,and the sizing effect is poor.Warp-knitted cotton yarn sizing requires soft sizing,feathered and able to withstand the high-speed knitting process of warp knitting machine.At present,there is no available sizing material,so sizing research should be conducted on these three special yarns.In the study of sizing and desizing performance of polyester filament sizing,polyester filament sizing was developed and its sizing performance was studied by testing the sizing performance,sizing film performance,filament holding force and sizing efficiency.The results show that using water-soluble polyester slurry as the main slurry can effectively improve the adhesion force of polyester filament.When the ratio of water-soluble polyester slurry:synergistic additive JR is 80:20,the adhesion force of polyester filament is the best,35 times.In addition,the slurry viscosity of this slurry ratio(hereinafter referred to as JN slurry)is small,6%.At 95 ℃,the slurry viscosity is only 1.2m Pa ·s,but the fracture strength and elongation of the slurry are poor,which are 9.54 N and 4.52%,respectively.When sizing on Tsudakoma pulping machine,the pulping wire quality of JN paste is better than that of traditional water jet paste,and the weaving efficiency of the pulping wire using JN paste on Tsudakoma air-jet loom is more than 95%.In this paper,the influence of sodium hydroxide,refining agent,dispersant agent,degreasing agent and treatment conditions on the depulsing effect of JN slurry was studied by single factor analysis.The results show that the concentration of sodium hydroxide is an important factor affecting the depulsing of JN slurry,and the best depulsing effect can be achieved only when the concentration of sodium hydroxide is low.Refining agent,dispersant,oil remover and treatment conditions have little effect on the desizing effect of JN slurry.The optimum desizing process of impregnation method is as follows: sodium hydroxide 0.2g /L,refining agent 2 g/L,oil removal agent 2 g/L,dispersant 2 g/L,impregnation at 100 ℃ for 30min;The optimum desizing process of steam method is as follows: sodium hydroxide 0.5 g/L,refining agent 4 g/L,oil removal agent 3 g/L,dispersant 4 g/L,dip and rolling temperature80 ℃,dip and rolling method two dip and two roll,steam at 100 ℃ for 40 min.In the study of sizing process and sizing performance of bobbin yarn,the influence of treatment conditions on the strength of bobbin colored yarn was investigated by a blank control experiment.The results showed that the yarns were treated at lower temperature and shorter treatment time,and the yarns’ breaking strength was reduced by 1.2% when treated at 40 ℃ for10 min.The high temperature and long treatment time caused great damage to the strength of the colored yarn.When treated at 85 ℃ for 40 min,the reduction rate of yarn breaking strength was 6.3%.The sizing properties of bobbin yarn at high temperature and low temperature were investigated by testing sizing rate,reinforcement rate,H value of hair feather and wear increase rate.The results show that in the high temperature sizing,the yarn reinforcement rate of SCS slurry is the highest,which is 14.1%.PVA-0588 has the best adhesion performance to the yarn hairiness.When the slurry concentration is 2%,the hairiness H value is 0.95.CMC has the largest yarn wear increase rate of 400%.Compared with high temperature sizing,the sizing performance of low temperature sizing is generally inferior to that of high temperature sizing.The maximum size strengthening rate is only 12.3%,the minimum hair H value is 2.10,and the maximum wear increase rate is 316.21%.However,when the slurry concentration is low,the yarn reinforcement rate of low temperature sizing is higher than that of high temperature sizing.In the research of sizing and sizing performance of warp knitted cotton yarn,the sizing performance of pure cotton colored yarn and natural yarn is investigated by testing sizing rate,reinforcement rate,H value of hair and wear increase rate.The sizing method is single yarn sizing.The results show that in the sizing of pure cotton colored yarn,the sizing quality of SCS slurry(containing 10% synergist JT)is better,the sizing rate is moderate,and the sizing strength rate is 17.49%.The wear increase rate is 350%;The H value of wool is 0.41,and the H value of raw yarn is 3.23,and the size of the regenerated hair is less,after 100 times of friction,the size of the regenerated hair H value is 1.46,the original yarn regenerated hair H value is 4.08,feel soft.In the sizing of natural yarn,the sizing rate of each sizing is larger,and the sizing performance is better than that of colored yarn.Among them,the sizing quality of SCS sizing(containing 10% synergist JT)is better,the sizing rate is 78.15%,the sizing wear rate is110.52%,the H value of hair is 0.20,and the H value of the original yarn is 2.81.After 40 times of friction,the H value of sizing yarn is 0.69,and the regenerated yarn is 4.85.However,the sizing yarn feels rough and hard,which is not suitable for sizing warp knitted cotton yarn. |
