The import of resources and mineral products in China,such as iron ore,copper mine,coal and crude oil,is very large,but fraud problems such as shoddy imported resource minerals and adulteration often occur.This paper combines a variety of algorithms to conduct comprehensive intelligent discrimination on the intelligent origin of resources and typical mineral products,and uses Springboot to realize the intelligent traceability system of resources and mineral products,providing an auxiliary role for the monitoring of the import quality of resources and gem mineral products.First,the original business data is preprocessed,clean the data through missing value filling,outlier detection,data transformation and other means,and finally obtain the data format and type required by the system;Secondly,the intelligent provenance traceability comprehensive analysis model of mineral products is established by using a variety of discrimination algorithms,and the data is randomly split for model training and model testing.By optimizing the parameters of the model,the traceability model achieves the expected results;Furthermore,the demand analysis,main architecture research and design,detailed system design,system function design and detailed database design of the mineral product intelligent traceability system are carried out.A comprehensive identification system is established for the category and origin traceability of 10 typical mineral products by using multiple algorithms,and a real-time data analysis mineral product traceability system integrating traceability,statistics,analysis,judgment and early warning functions is developed and formed;Finally,complete the system test planning,and write test cases for each functional module,complete the functional test and performance test of the system,and the results show that all functions of the system are normal.
