Under the"3060"dual-carbon policy, energy conservation and the use of new energy sources are necessary for low-carbon development.Iron and steel enterprises are large consumers of traditional energy, and a large amount of low-grade waste heat is not utilized in the production process. How to efficiently utilize low-grade waste heat and reduce traditional energy consumption is an urgent problem for the industry to solve.Biogas fermentation technology is an industry encouraged to develop in my country, and the stability of its gas production requires the dual guarantee of raw materials and heat.Combining the waste heat of the steel plant with the vigorous fermentation system is conducive to solving the problems of low-grade waste heat utilization and fermentation stability, and providing ideas for low-carbon development of enterprises.Mathematical model;analyze the energy matching of each subsystem and the quality-energy relationship between each subsystem according to the actual situation;discuss the feasibility of biogas to replace LNG and the utilization of waste heat of heating furnace in fermentation system and the change rule of system performance through mathematical model. The results show that it is feasible to use the mixed gas of biogas and LNG as the fuel of the heating furnace, and the utilization of the waste heat of the heating furnace under different mixed combustion ratios can improve the thermal efficiency of the system by 1%~2%.Based on the quality and energy requirements of each subsystem, the pollutant emission rules during the utilization of waste heat,LNG and biogas are analyzed, and the environmental impact of replacing LNG with biogas and the economic benefits of waste heat utilization are discussed.Studies have shown that replacing LNG with biogas can reduce SO2emissions,but it will increase NOx emissions, and the utilization of waste heat can improve the economic benefits of steel mills.Figure 48;Table 17;Reference 64...
